Marco, the manager at Blu Notte, was very friendly and helpful, provided a map and circled all the tourist areas. He also recommended a couple of nice restaurants.

Easy check in, gave us an option of rooms that included my original request.

It was farther off from sites, including ponte vecchio, than I expected based on maps. Six to seven blocks seems very far in this town! Also, you're clearly in a residency neighborhood here with a major bus stop on the corner. A bit spooky at night, special for a woman walking alone.

Convenient location.

Great experience! Thank heaven for Marco, who met us blocks from the hotel and drove our car safely into the ztl to unload then to secure parking. While we had a superior room, unlike some others, it was huge and the best hotel we stayed in till Rome. Very secure and very close to the heart of Florence. Marco was most gracious and so very helpful in many ways.

No name on the outside of the building. Perhaps difficult to find unless you know it is in the building shared with Hotel Bodoni

As soon as it is small hotel, you should inform the reception in advance what time you arrive because it can be closed.

Blu Notte was lovely and quiet while still being so close to all the attractions of Firenze. I highly recommend it as an economical, clean, safe and comfortable place to stay.

It don't have a sign on the road to find it easy. The hairdrayer works only for 10sec and stops.

The fridge in the room. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need. We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great. This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

for me everything was OK.

Its location is good with only around 20 min to the main train station of Florence and 15 min to the landmarks. Cleaness is fine and the hotel owner Marco is a helpful man.

The hotel review told me that there is a community kitchen to use. That is the main reason why I booked it. However, it is obviously not true! Yes, there is a kitchen, but which is not allowed to use for cooking anymore! The so called "kitchen" is used for drinking free coffee only in the morning in the limited time!

The photos are not really representing how the rooms looks, but anyhow rooms are good.

Great welcome and help with car parking. The garage catered for our car with roof box, not always easy in a city! Kitchen and dining area are brilliant and we were able to cater for ourselves. Breakfast is good and the coffee machine works well.

A little hard to find. Look for No 27 and check out all the door bells until you see the Blu Notte sign beside a bell.

Very small single room! And very small bathroom almost in the room. Untasty breakfasts (except yogurt). Very thin walls between rooms, so it's very noisy there.

Little bit noisy

The location is good. It is easy to reach most of the Point of Interests from here. There's also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is very good. The hotel has kitchen and simple free juice and food for your convenient. Breakfast is good here, the boss is very nice and handsome

Good location, 10 minutes walk to major attractions & 20 minutes to the train station. We enjoy our stay. Thanks Marco!

Location was very handy for sightseeing- right near most of the tourist sites, but just far enough away to avoid major crowds right on the location (easy walking distance to most things).

There was some construction or something going on the first morning we were there that was incredibly annoying. Sounded like somebody banging on a wall with a hammer directly below us. It started early in the morning and continued for a couple hours with only bare pauses. Breakfast was nothing special, but the area has tons of cafes and pasticerias - so no going hungry! There was a real nice little coffee shop just a block or two down that even had take away coffees at a great price.

Owner was friendly and helpful.

Evrything was great! the room was amaizing, clean and the service was really good!

the water pressure was low

Location was alright, everything within a 15 minute walk,in a modest neighborhood. Were disappointed with the breakfast,were served pre- packaged food like in a vendor. One morning,there was one slice of bread left in a plastic container,and the manager would only come in around 9:00.so no one was there to take care. Shower door would not close right,have to lift it. Loose piece at the bottom of shower over the drain hole,a bit hazardeous,and do not worry to burn yourself with the hot water, not gonna happen....mattress a bit curved.over all,disappointing,never gonna go back

The B&B is centrally located in quite a quiet street, within walking distance to major tourist attractions. We got a clean room with all the facilities promised in the description of the hotel. The owner of the B&B took contact with us a few days before arrival, in order to arrange late check in if necessary. During our stay Marco helped with providing all information we needed and was very friendly and welcoming. Good value for money, in other words.
