Beaucoup de points positifs. La chambre, spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. La salle de bain avec une superbe douche multijets. L'accueil en français et très cordial. Le restaurant pour diner, très bon, pas cher et avec menus en français, mais au final, le choix de notre serveur était encore meilleur. La proximité du métro et des transports en commun de Turin qui sont propres, pas cher et qui vous ammènent partout. La voiture est restée trois jours sur le parking de l'hôtel, qui est gratuit. Turin et ses kilomètres d'arcades. Idéal pour le faire les vitrines. Au final, on reviendra, c'est certain. Un seul point négatif, comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels, le bruit. Celui des cuisines jusqu'à une certaine heure (correcte cependant) et celui des autres clients irrespectueux et ne sachant pas vivre en communauté.

La gentilezza del personale Camere che sanno di vecchio,non di antico. bagni al minimo con gruppo doccia idromassaggio con rugine Ristorante: personale gentilissimo, ma buona parte dei piatti descritti in menù non erano disponibili,offrendo qualcosa di molto differente. Da considerare che è l'unico hotel a 4 stelle nella zona.

La camera matrimoniale deluxe è davvero dotata di ogni optional, eccellente il livello di pulizia riscontrato nonché quello di confort acustico. Anche il personale si è dimostrato all'altezza delle 4 stelle dell' hotel. Peccato l'assenza di un balcone, che sarebbe doveroso offrire ai clienti di una camera deluxe.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale è davvero encomiabile, camera molto spaziosa e confortevole e con il plus non da poco dell'assenza di moquette, ottime le torte a colazione.Wi-fi gratis in tutte le aeree e postazione pc per chi non disponesse del proprio.

Ottima accoglienza, doccia con sauna o idromassaggio nelle stanze. Bella l'idea di un tipo di arredamento diverso per ogni stanza, e ottima la mancanza della moquette che negli hotel finisce sempre per essere sporca. La posizione non è delle migliori per una passeggiata serale, ma va bene per chi si trova in auto, a pochi km dalla tangenziale. Per chi volesse andare in metro, molto meglio la fermata "Paradiso" della "Fermi".

Le camere sono pulite, la colazione completa e abbondante. Ho prenotato una matrimoniale standard e invece mi hanno dato una Junior suite.L'hotel era praticamente vuoto, c'erano solo persone che si trovavano li per lavoro (convegni...) Dietro all'hotel passa la ferrovia, e anche di notte i treni si sentono ogni 15 minuti.Le camere dovevano essere insonorizzate, ma non mi è assolutamente sembrato sia così.

Une horreur !!!! nous nous sommes trouvés pendant trois nuits avec deux cars de jeunes qui ont fait un cirque terrible jusque 3h du matin.... Impossible de dormir et le personnel de l’hôtel a été inefficace ! au prix de la nuit il me semble que le minimum serait de pouvoir dormir tranquille...donc un très mauvais séjour...et aucune excuse de la direction de l'hôtel ni même un remise ! c'est assez scandaleux pour un hôtel de cette classe...
