The room is nice and clean.
Too noisy. The receptionist would spend the morning talking very loudly. The bell can ring during the night and no one would answer. Hard to find. There's no name on the street and no sign on the building. It's basically an apartment where they rent the rooms.
Close to the train station
This is an apartment that was transformed into a guest house. So don't expect to see a conventional lobby and be prepared to have a problem with getting in when you first arrive.
Price is good Everything was clean
The shower didn't drain properly and the guy fixing it everyday didn't do a proper job. Also, it was hard to actually find the guest house as there is no good sign outside.
The room was really clean and also good location from main station! The staff was kind as well. They recommended us the place to eat and showed how to get sightseeing place. Moreover, we've misunderstood the date to stay and arrived before that day when we made reservation. But, they adjusted everything for us without no extra fee. This was really helpful and kind. Also, the breakfast was great!
I loved that it was so central and easy to get around, very friendly staff
The room was green with mold.
Clean, good for 1 night, central, comfortable. Excellent for visiting the city.
Considering the leage: nothing.
It was right next to the train station...perfect if you're using the train...though not the safest area. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful.
Nice staff, helpful, room as expected, spacious, close to Termini, air conditioned.
Because it was close to the Termini, though, it was in a yicky neighbourhood (dirty, lots of homeless). Much noise in the middle of the night from other guests slamming in and out the door, which was right by our room. No fresh towels supplied on second day.
Staff, location, comfort
very friendly&helpful staff
Blue Rain is in a very central place, and very near to all historical places. You are in the center of the historical Rome. The prices are quite reasonable.
The streets behind Termini are a little bit uncleanly, but that did not matter too much.
Pictures on the ad are made in different place. This place is dirty and horrible! We couldn't use the fan in the room because every time power went out because of that. We left after one night.
Dont stay there!!!!! Bathroom dirty and very old without repair!!! High price for a total dirt!!! I really do not recommend this place!! Beware of this place!!! Should have name Dirty Rain House...
right next to bus/train terminal
The room was big and clean. The service really nice and willing to help.
The neighbourhood is not good, but the location is one minute walk to Termini metro and buses. It's easy to move around. The reception is not 24 hours a day.
Internet muy mal. No hay airé condicionador. No tan limpio. Ruidos.
location near Termini
4 keys to enter the room. Elevator in bad condition staff did not speak english (only one) Air condition was very noicy
Noise, neighbourhood at night
The staffs are very nice. Rooms are clean. Wifi access in rooms. Excellent value for money. I would recommend this.
It was located directly next to the main train station, there was an elevator (for those with more than minimal luggage), the staff was very friendly (helped us book a taxi to the airport for the next morning), beds were comfortable. We stayed in a community floor where we shared a bathroom. the bathroom was clean.
I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to stay for an extended period and aren't a hard sleeper (or own ear plugs). Being directly next to the train station is certainly a plus for travel, however that also makes it very noisy during the nights and early mornings. The setup of this place is certainly more "guesthouse" like, in other words there is not someone at the front desk so make sure you get all information that you need upon check in or can get there between about 10-5.
great staff. Super friendly. Accidentally forgot to reserve one day so I didn't check out on the right time. Staff was very professional and helped my group with the process. Very convenient area, would recommend.
Not all the rooms with ensuite bathroom !
location is really convenient
staff was very friendship but he wasn't speak enlish :P that was so funny.
internet signal was very poor. it might be a problem for travelers who need to use for the next plan for their traveling.
