It was nice hotel, very close to the sea. Clean, but small rooms. Perfect helpfull staff. Beach usage rules were not explaned so we faced so problems on a beach :(

Hotelli Blumen oli hyvä valinta, ottaen huomioon muutkin hotellit alueella. Hotellin omistaja oli ystävällinen ja avulias kaikissa asioissa jotka olivat epäselviä.Suosittelen ehdottomasti muillekkin siellä päin lomaileville.Hotelli oli siisti ja rauhallisella paikalla. Kaikki oli OK.

basic comfort maar was volledig in verhouding met de prijs die we betaalden ontbijtbuffet zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid familiale sfeer met vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel uitbater kon naast Italiaans ook een mondje Engels, Frans en Duits

La gentilezza dei proprietari, l'ubicazione dell'hotel vicino alla spiaggia e in posizione centrale rispetto al lungomare di S.Benedetto del Tronto e il servizio di prima colazione ottimo. Servizio spiaggia riservato a pochi metri dall'hotel ben organizzato.

Ricca colazione aperta fino alle 11.00 am. Servizio spiaggia compreso (omrellone e lettini). Vicinanza alla spiaggia Arredamento un po' retrò ma si può chiudere un occhio su questo. Niente frigo in camera

ottima la posizione, la spiaggia convenzionata è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti. buona e abbondante la colazione. il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. camera spaziosa, letto comodo, anche se gli arredi sono un pò datati.

La posizione, vicino alla spiaggia e non sul lungomare, in zona tranquilla. Il personale decisamente gentile e disponibile. Il sevizio nella spiaggia privata dell'hotel , utilissimo abbinamento hotel + spiaggia, anche qui il personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Se posso un saluto al sig. Luciano ,simpatico bagnino.

Colazione ottima, abbondante e varia (toast ed uova preparate sul momento, brioches calde, torte, biscotti, succhi di frutta...), buonissimi il cappuccino e la cioccolata seppure siano forniti da distributore automatico. Posizione perfetta, a 2 passi dal lungomare. Esterno molto bello con giardino ben curato ed attrezzato con tavoli. Aria condizionata, TV LCD e balcone grande. Personale cortese e disponibile. Arredamento abbastanza spartano, materasso troppo morbido, non c'è il frigobar.

Ottima la posizione a due passi dal lunghissimo e piacevole lungomare di San Benedetto. Prezzi delle bici convenienti se relazionati alle tariffe che chiedono i lidi(A San Benedetto si cammina molto con le bici). Posizione strategica per chi cerca divertimento,grazie ai molti locali aperti nei weekend e non solo. Prezzo di ombrellone e sdraio incluso nel soggiorno. Simpatia e disponibilita' del custode notturno. La colazione e' abbondante e completa. Lo staff non e' molto cordiale. Arredamento abbastanza datato. Qualche volta l'acqua era gialla. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole.

Il personale sempre cortese e disponibile, anche la concessione che fornisce l'ombrellone gestita da persone professionali e simpatiche. Dovrebbero sostituire i mobili nelle camere, sono molto vecchi.

Ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo (ombrellone e sdraio in spiaggia compresi nel prezzo). Buona la colazione a buffet e molto gentile il personale sia dell'hotel che dello stabilimento balneare Arredamento un po' datato.

Ok per il prezzo e la possibilità di noleggiare la bici a 50 cent all ora..circa a due km dal centro La pulizia ..la camera non era perfettamente pulita.. Io ci sono stato solo una notte ..come tappa per il Salento.. Quindi andava bene cosi

Bello ... Niente di eccezionale ma nel prezzo avere anche l ombrellone e la sdraia in spiaggia senza aggiungere un euro e ' fantastico ... Pulizia eccellente fatta da signore italiane del posto !!!! Bagno semplice , pulito e abbastanza grande!!! L unica nota dolente che nn c'entra con l albergo e' che il mare del posto fa davvero schifo !!!

Ottima posizione al centro del lungomare e 150 metri dal mare ; ottimo il sevizio spiaggia. L'Hotel dispone di un proprio stabilimento molto attezzato. Ottima la colazione e l'impianto di aria condizionata e la tv. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Gli arredi ed il bagno sono datati . Le reti del letto ed I materassi sono vecchi e rovinati . Andrebbero assolutamente cambiati
