Best Western Blu Hotel Roma  

We booked the Hotel Roma for its location and price which were good. Unfortunately, we had already stayed at the Best Western hotel in Venice which was excellent. The Roma was disappointing in its decor, comfort and lack of inclusive breakfast. However, the room was spacious,clean, beds very large and comfortable and it served its purpose very well. Tea and coffee facilities were not readily available and I had to keep asking for them on a daily basis.

Hotel staff was good. Small restaurant at the ground floor helped lot for dinner though not having very good option for the menu dishes.Internet and prints are free for any urgent search.Good hotel in the budget price.

Not very good restaurant nearby this hotel area. So only option is to eat in this hotel restaurant.Not very near to termini station.

The room is not big enough for a family. The Breakfast was unchanged for ten days and also with few options..

there was one very helpful man on reception. all reception staff spoke fluent english too which was great. Bed and room were clean.

there seemed to be a dial on the wall to adjust the temperarure, but it didnt seem to work. also, we found the distance to get into the city centre each day a bit of a drag, but when you get a good price you have to make some sacrifices!

Riscaldamento non funzionante e scarsa attenzione del personale al problema

La atencion del personal es excelente, el aseo en las intalaciones impecable, excelente sertvicio de desayuno|m. El hotel un poco alejado de la ciudad pero el acceso al transporte es muy accesible; el taxi hacia el hotel resulta caro por lo que se recomienda utilizar el Metro por lo menos hasta la estacion Triburtina.

Il personale è stato davvero efficiente e cordiale!

Din camera hotelului numai baie a fost satisfacatoare find spatioasa si curata.

Curatenia era foarte slaba , camera avea pereti patati si murdar si micul dejun era mai slab de cat puteam sa cred.

Am fost impresionati de personalul hotelului si ne referim in special la un baiat din Romania, Ciprian, care ne-a facut sederea foarte placuta si care a fost extrem de amabil, serviabil si prietenos.

Lo staff molto gentile

Por pertencer a rede Best Western, já esperávamos um padrão razoável. Como estavamos de carro, um hotel proximo a saida da estrada,seria uma boa opção, mas, desta vez, as críticas infelizmente são muito maiores que os elogios

Sim. O hotel fica muito longe da estação do metro (mais de 1 km). O pior é constar que existe rede "gratuita de internet sem fio por todo hotel"....não mesmo...Apesar de conseguirmos conectar a rede por alguns momentos, na maior parte do tempo o acesso era impossivel. Ar condicionado não funcionava, apesar das inumeras reclamações . Frigobar, nem pensar.No segundo dia, toda a luz do quarto foi desligada. Enfim, não foi uma boa opção.

Personale molto scortese,zero disponibilità nell'assistenza del cliente. Ristorante dell'albergo con prezzi fuori dalla media.
