Staff spoke very good english and were helpful. Clean rooms. Location was excellent, providing access to the heart of Rome in 15min. No english channels. The air-conditioning system did not work. |

Tot ha estat molt correcte.L'habitació, la neteja, el personal tot com cal. Si hi ha hagut algun problema no ha estat a causa de l'hotel. La seva situació no és gaire còmode degut a la llunyania de l'estació de metro que permet accedir al centre de la ciutat, són més de deu minuts per un barri desolat on pràcticament només hi ha les cotxeres de les companyies d'autobusos. sobretot de nit no és agradable transitar-hi. |

Очень понравился сам отель, чистый уютный с хорошим персоналом, готовым помочь в любую минуту и знает ответы на все вопросы))) Бесплатная парковка для машины, бесплатный интернет на ресепшен, вкусный достаточно разнообразный завтрак, и 10 минут до метро и 3 остановки, а то и 2 до центра, смотря где хотите оказаться!! |

L'hotel è sostanzialmente adeguato alle aspettative.Si trova in buona posizione con buona assistenza al cliente. Il ristorante, per quanto di buona qualità, è esageratamente costoso. |

la gentilezza dello staff e la pulizia. non potrebbe essere considerato un 4 stelle,ci sono delle cose che dovrebbero fare la differenzae che invece lasciano a desiderare,tipo la colazione..qualche accessorio in piu' per il bagno e le camere con un armadio vero e proprio. |

Comodo parcheggio! Cortesia dello staff, pulizia e abitabilità della camera, tariffa scontata. Vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina, per raggiungere con mezzi pubblici il centro. |
