    Overall good, with helpful staff

A good walk to get to the metro station also...but can possibly take a bus. Also. WiFi very weak.

Staff was very friendly! Being from Canada and only speaking English the language barrier was non existent, it was like English was their first language as well!

The location was a bit out of the way, a good 15 minute walk from the metro station, although the price of the hotel seemed a little more reasonable because of this, no room service and I wasn't allowed to order food from the restaurant inside the hotel and have it brought to me in a to go bag

Clean hotel, friendly staff, 7-10 minutes walking distance from Tirbutina train station. Nice breakfast, good amenities, TV with english channels.

Not close to city centre, rooms too small, wi-fi not responsive and very slow at times, staff though very friendly, helpful and nice to talk to but not very accomodating.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and tried to help with restaurant reservations/tourist suggestions. The room was also clean, though the room we received was very small -- just big enough to fit a wardrobe, bed and desk and still be able to walk around it.

Our room was very small compared to the room my parent's received, which was similarly priced (though they booked via a travel agent). Wi-fi wasn't very fast and we had some connection issues. Location is a bit out of the way, but it was a short walk from the Tiburtina train station. They also seemed to have a concerning policy of writing the room numbers on their room cards (which also had the name/address of the hotel on it). I only noticed this because my father's wallet was stolen (with his room card) and they told us that the cards shouldn't be taken outside the hotel, as it was possible to clone the cards to open any room if the thief had the right machine. The don't-take-the-cards-outside policy wasn't explained at check-in, and the explanation that cards could be cloned seemed like a big security issue. It's possible I didn't understand this correctly, but it still didn't sit well with me.

Very helpful and friendly staff who speaks several languages, pretty comfort rooms, nice location (close to the metro and train station, bus station is nearby). Nice smell in the room :) Breakfast was also good. I would really recommend to stay at this hotel to my friends and family.

The WiFi was a little bit slow.

The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful & friendly as were the reception staff.

We had a triple room & was a bit on the small side & the air con wasn't working so room was very stuffy. We had to leave window open most of night.

All staff, very helpful, at all times

Location, but that was my fault for not carrying out a complete location check. the bedroom, dining area closer to a TWO STAR hotel that the status this hotel hold, no comfort, no character, very "cold" I would be very wary before booking another Best Western Hotel,

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the bathrooms were great, the showers had amazing water pressure, and the restaurant was delicious and the whole experience was enhanced by the lovely, helpful staff. It might seem a little out of the way but it is totally worth it. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome.

You definitely get what you pay for. Nice staff, clean room and good breakfast. Not very far away from the City center. It costs 10 Euros from Termini Station during the day. it will cost 15 Euros after 10 pm.

Caution! Don't take any taxi on the road when you get to Rome. There are lots of deceiving taxi drivers who try to overcharge particularly newcomers. One told me that it cost 45 Euros from Termini to this hotel, it was 10 Euros indeed. Of course i didn't buy it. Go straight to the taxi station and take one of taxis there. It is not so easy to get into the city center even if the hotel is not very far away. You need to do 15 minute walk and take the metro to Termini.

Everything about this hotel was OK. It is easy reachable by public transport (Tiburtina metro station is cca 1km, but I recommend to take bus no. 409 to get to Tiburtina as the area is not very nice and the bus stop is just a few metres from the hotel). There is also a supermarket close to the hotel (5 minutes by walk), however not many restaurants in the nearest surrounding. We had a quiet room with balcony, it was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast is tasty - not a big variety of food but mostly of a high quality, which is more important. They even make real coffee for you for free. The staff is very friendly and smile a lot. I definitely recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Excellent price. Friendly staff. We had a problem with safe when we arrived but this was resolved within minutes of calling reception.Very clean, modern looking hotel.

It's not the most attractive part of town but had no problems. A 15 minute walk (which could be a little hairy) to Tributina station and then 1.5 euros metro ride into town is a small price to pay for its location.

The front desk staff were willingness to do more. Anyway, we recomend the hotel to our relatives strongly.

The rules of non-smokes hotel should be implementdd strictly. (due to we found smokes smelt in along isle for 2 days we're staying)
