It was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. Good value for money. In a good location to get to Monaco and France. Bus stop very convenient.

Quite a walk to the beach and you had to pay 21 euro for the lounger and umbrella a day (quite pricey). No loungers by the pool only chairs. We couldn't get a glass of wine at 9.30pm when we came back. Breakfast staff were a bit offhand. Caravan park across the road spoiled the view.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was free parking around the back. Room was air conditioned.

Reception was helpful but not overly friendly, the pool was being cleaned when we tried to use it the next day, it is very small and in a shady area. So we asked to go to the beach that the hotel has a deal with. It was very european, and because we were from the "other" hotel we could only sit in a certain area in the back. We felt very disappointed!!!! Nice enough hotel but I would not stay there again. It was also fairly far away from the centre, so you had to walk down the promenade to get there, we walked for 45 minutes and never got there!!

Clean beautiful hotel with perfect view from the window at the sea. If you are travelling by car - i would recommend you to stay at this hotel. It has free parking place, friendly privat beach, beautiful swimming pool with flowers and trees around and perfect view from the window !

I don't like breakfast and beach . And it is a little bit far away from city center - but if you are travelling by car - it is not a problem - there is huge parking in san-remo near the city center ( apr 2 euros/hour)

The reception we received, all the staff is nice and polite.

A litlle far from the center, but there is a bus every 15 minutes

Everything was good, service friendly and a nice reception from owners. All facilities very good quality, nothing broken or bent.

I don't want to be negative on such a small point but new wallpaper would make a huge difference to the rooms at a little cost. All other decoration fine.

good location, english speaking staff, no problems with parking, not far away from beaches and city centre. Rented a bike - very nice cycle path Sanremo - Arma di Tagglia. Stayed only 2 nights instead of 3 because the weather gets bad so i finished my "eurotrip".

wenig Parkplätze beim Hotel, teilwese vom Personal belegt! Lage sehr ausserhalb.

La situation géographique est agréable bien que l'entrée est située dans un virage dangereux.le personnel est compétent et aimable.les chambres sont propres et agréable.

je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il faille réclamer la mise en route de la climatisation qui était coupée sous pretexte que les femmes de ménage ouvraient les fénêtres pendant leurs travail. une chambre reservée devrait sytématiquement être prète. la piscine est fermée le 1er septembre, en italie à cette date les chaleurs sont encore fortes et il est dommage de ne pas la mettre à la disposition des clients de septembre

Nous pensions que l'Hotel avait une orientation plutot Gay et nous avons eu un séjour trés famille !! avec une fréquentation plutot agées

Hotel retro' , non pulito e poco accogliente

El trato personal perfecto. La ubicación para conocer los alrededores muy buena porque no tienes atascos de salida, pero para ir a la ciudad hay que hacer uso de autobús o taxi. Muy lejos del centro. Y la playa anunciada a 500 M. tiene un camino muy dificultoso. Lo mejor, que tiene piscina (pequeñita) en el hotel y las vistas al mar espectaculares.
