Ideal location in centre of the city within 100 metres of railway station. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Towels were changed daily. Breakfast was typical continental but adequate. Television covered most European languages and BBC world service. The location was within easy walking distances of the major sites and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The room was very warm. There did not seem to be a way of turning the heat down without opening the window. |

It is hard to fault this place. It is near the railway and bus stations, easy walking to all points of interest in Florence. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very helpful. The neighbourhood is noisy but the shutters and windows block out nearly all of it. The Hotel itself represents outstanding value for money. The only criticism I have is that the internet costs 6 euros per hour. We have had free internet everywhere else we have stayed - at hotels of varying quality. |

It was very close to the main train station and in walking distance to 99% of all tourist attractions. Heating system didn't work; one day the housekeeping left a dirty bath towel; blow dryer hose was torn; bathroom lights needed repair. Rooms need to be inspected by hotel management more often. |

Hotel is situated near the center of the city and the main points of interest. Cosy atmosphere, design, room is very clean, the stuff is friendly, breakfast is OK, parking service. A lot of noise from the street, but airconditioning is OK, so you can close the window. |

Cercanía con todo el Centro turístico de Florencia. Instalaciones correctas, limpieza igualmente. Hotel acogedor. Se encuentra en semáforo donde paran todos los autobuses. Un poco de ruido si no estás acostumbrado. (Consejo: pedir habitaciones de la parte lateral. Desayuno escaso y un poco repetitivo. |

La ubicación es magnífica y las instalaciones están bastante bien acondicionadas. El personal es muy amable. Había un aire acondicionado pegado a la habitación (por fuera) el cual cuando se encendía emitía un poco de ruido. |
