Hotel Boccaccio

good location to city,trains and buses: adequate breakfast:right price for a city break

Good hotel. Very close to train station and centre. Frendly, polite personal.

Our overall experience at the hotel was very good. It's postion to train & bus staions, more inportantly for us to the old centre was excellent. The reception staff were always very courteous. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels. All in all a very good short break experience.

I suppose my only gripe was that I would have like some fresh fruit with the continental breakfast, for me the breakfast was acceptable. My husband, however, was getting somewhat 'cheesed off' with the cheese and ham sandwiches he was having each morning.

Friendly people, close to the train station.

Breakfast was a little poor and the single room is small and designed a little awkwardly.

The hotel is in a good location handy to SMN Firenze station and the city of Florence.

Room was quite basic nothing special, but for the money it was fine.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere located close to the railway station with easy walking to the places we wanted to visit.

Airco noise was too loud at night, but it was improved a little after complain. Bad was a little bit hard.

Las instalaciones del hotel en general muy buenas,sumamente limpio,completo,con todas las comodidades necesarias para poder pasar una linda estadia en Florencia...la verdad que el Hotel Bocaccio colmó mis expectativas,ya que era todo tal cual te lo muestran en las imagenes de internet...

Lo unico que no me gusto del hotel fue la señora que servia el desayuno,nose si estaba cansada de servir cafe, si estaba muuuuuuuuuuuuuy stressada o que le pasaba...pero lo cierto es que todo lo que se le decia le caia mal...cerrada completamente en el italiano, no se esforzaba para nada en comunicarse con los huespedes al contrario de toda la gente de recepcion que la verdad muy simpaticos y amables ...el desayuno estaba bien para el precio que se pago,asi como la estadia en el hotel en definitiva, no era gran cosa,con mucha variedad,pero estaba bien para comer algo antes de empezar el dia y lo que habia todo muy rico...eso si hay que llegar temprano y servirse todo de una porque se termina y la simpatica no repone nadaa!! jeje

sa situation à deux pas de la gare, assez proche du centre historique et des boutiques, accueil très agréable.
