It was a good location, nice staff, and ok priced. The airport shuttle was not included. That was a bit of a shock paying 50 Euro for the shuttle each way so 100 Euro round trip. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended several excellant resturants nearby the hotel and even went out on the street to show us the direction. Helpful with arranging airport transfer. |

Hotell staff was friendly Breakfast was poor, why do not they serve fresh vegetables and fruits, when we are in a country that fresh vegetables are available whole year. Same with bread. Bed was very uncomfortable, making terrible noise, when one moved even arm. All sounds from corridor vere very disturbing, because of poor soundproofing. |

Warm helpful reception. Very convenient for many of the sites we visited. The location is set off the main street and thus much more peaceful. We found the breakfasts very good for a four night stay. When we go back to Rome we will be staying at the Hotel Bolivar. Rooms are on the small side but adequate |

the location is excellent and the staff helpful about transport, etc. While our room was small it was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was great. I did not think the breakfast was good. It did not compare well to other hotel buffet breakfasts I have had in other city hotels (in other countries). |

Location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of all sights, Trevi Fountain, Colossium and at a push the Vatican (when all the busses heading that way were full!!!) Room 104 was a cupboard, which we were put in on our arrival as they said all the other rooms wre taken. On discovery of the safe not working, no shower curtain, tv not working, No cold water from taps (Only scorching hot) and workman bagging outside, I complained and stating I wanted my money refunded or a change of room was immediatly given room 311, on the top floor with much more room and its own terrace. |

Everything about the room and hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean, the hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to all relevant points of interest, the staff was extraordinarily helpful, and quiet at night. We had one of the few rooms with a balcony which was a bonus. |

Location - very central. Reatively quite spot. August - Hot, old poor aircons. Shower door missing. Mattresses very uncomfortable, breakfast - waste of time and money. Family room - small, kids beds uncomfortable. Not enough space for personal items. |

Location, quiet, peaceful, very nice view over the roofs of the neighborhood from the breakfast room Photos of the rooms posted on the site have nothing to do with what you get. Kind of worn out. Grumpy waitress for breakfast, but who on the other hand reacts surprisingly well to direct requests. |

This hotel is in an excellent location and is within walking distance of majot sites. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again in the future. The hotel would benefit from some minor maintenance. A small amount of painting for example would go a long way to improve the look of the hotel. |

Hotel is in central position. We walk easily to most of monuments. Rooms for 4 people are quite small. 2 beds are not "real" but additionals and not so confortable. |
