Staff was polite and nice. Hotel is situated at the best place in the city if you are going to visit historic places of Rome. Triple room was very, very small. In fact it was a double room with additional bed. No place for any chair. Bathroom and room must be renovated!!!! Breakfast was poor. No wireless free of charge |

It was close to the sights in Rome, which is why we selected it in the first place. Liked plenty of hot water, and the shampoo etc was replaced daily.frequent changes of bedding ... not very 'green' should have provided us with the option of changing sheets 3 times in 9 days is not environmentally friendly. - breakfast - too little variation - fridge did not work - we had 4 drinks in the hotel bar, 3 beers and 1 martini, for which we were charged 27 euros - we think that was extraordinarily expensive. |

The location was good and the morning front desk staff member was excellent. Charging for internet over wifi is just not acceptable nowadays. And the other staff in the afternoon could smile a bit more and not look so grumpy. |

We thought that the Hotel Bolivar was very well situated, being near Roman ruins and great shops. The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and pleasent. |

It was a good location, nice staff, and ok priced. The airport shuttle was not included. That was a bit of a shock paying 50 Euro for the shuttle each way so 100 Euro round trip. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended several excellant resturants nearby the hotel and even went out on the street to show us the direction. Helpful with arranging airport transfer. |

Hotell staff was friendly Breakfast was poor, why do not they serve fresh vegetables and fruits, when we are in a country that fresh vegetables are available whole year. Same with bread. Bed was very uncomfortable, making terrible noise, when one moved even arm. All sounds from corridor vere very disturbing, because of poor soundproofing. |

Warm helpful reception. Very convenient for many of the sites we visited. The location is set off the main street and thus much more peaceful. We found the breakfasts very good for a four night stay. When we go back to Rome we will be staying at the Hotel Bolivar. Rooms are on the small side but adequate |
