Most things were within walking distance, lovely bar cafe around the corner for food and drinks, decor very lovely and rooftop dining room for breakfast perfect, good variety of continental and cooked breakfast very good value for money, staff very helpful and most spoke English
Not much atmosphere in the bar, very quiet when we were there in January
central location and helpful staff
Rooms are very small
Perfect location, you can walk to most of Rome attractions
Facilities of the hotel are very poor, cramped rooms with claustrophobic small windows, plain breakfast
The location made our tour perfect.... no need to take the open bus tour if ur energetic ...rome can easliy be roamed around on foot.... specially with this hotel location. Avoid the tiring steps from one way to hotel the other way is without steps in front of a desi minimart.... its also a 15 min walk to termini main train station.... even a short cut to colloseum if ur using gps...
The breakfast was soooo meager... could have used some olives or a better variety of cheese etc
Room altough very small
Breakfast, koffie very bad, problems with the noise in the bathroom whem other guests the a shower
Location Breakfast Good, but lack of fruit Staff very good and very warm Cleaning staff very nice and very helpful Beautiful view from the breakfast restaurant Decor of the hotel was beautiful
The pillows are thin and flat Is winter time and the air con was running cold Wifi was very slow Shower was tiny and I'm a petite woman. Plumbing was leaking continually after my shower. Soap satchet was too hard to rip open Lighting was very dark in the rooms at night Power points kept tripping and had to be reset twice whilst I was in my room
The staff were extremely helpful! Our luggage was lost and they went out of there way to make sure it was found. Breakfast is amazing, filling and very well cooked. Rooms are serviced daily and are very clean
Staff, location, coziness, service. Small scale, elegant hotel with personalised service in a very central, but hidden location.
Neighbours making noise!
Access to central Rome and Monuments from the hotel is excellent with Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, and Pantheon all within 10 mins walkign distance.
The hotel is situated in a dingey dirty laneway. First room we tried had no window and 2nd Room had window with bars. Breakfast was extremely poor
Location is perfect, near everything u want to go.
Wi-Fi wasnt the best.
Location great, staff polite and helpful. But no drinks behind bar, only empty bottles. Bring your own in
The night receptionist Angelo is very nice and made me feel very welcome. Thank you so much x
The hotel's ambience was great. Bfast was good although it was managed by a warm petite signora. the staffs at the reception were helpful. overall we enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast - selection limited.
nice rooftop room for breakfast and very good located in the city.
The free wifi had a poor connection.
Helpful and Friendly Front office staff is well worth mentioning. Location is good.
Hotel seems to be short of Staff specially the helping hands and in breakfast area.
Very central hotel on a quiet dead end street. Very close to Piazza Venezia where all the buses come through. Walking distance to the Colosseum. Loved the breakfast and the hotel staff. Would stay there again when I come back to Rome
The shower was quite small.
Proximité du centre historique
The location was excellent
the receptioin team were excellant and very helpful
the wifi service was very poor
Location Friendly and efficient staff
Polite and helpful staff who did try to address complaints
The beds were very uncomfortable. On the first night, I had room 101. In order to sit on the toilet, your left knee had to go under the basin breakfast food was very dull and ran out for example one had to ask for brie cheese everyday as only a few cubes were brought out. Although this hotel is in a side street, away from shops, it can be noisy at night as drunk people left the pub below and also hotel staff and others chatted loudly and revved motorbikes Coffee was good and the lady working there was helpful
Very convenient location and nice character full family style hotel in the heart of Rome. A wonderful terrace café for breakfast
Bed was a bit hard
