Hotel is situated in front of railway station. Even the hotel is placed in a noisy place, the rooms was very quit. Staff was great. The conditioning system works well. Very clean room and bathroom. Beakfast is more expensive than is worth. Furniture and bathroom object pretty old. |

nice room, fare price, however, i didn't try their breakfast, since there ara lots of bars nearby where good coffees are served. just in front of the train state, nice place. |

Location-- right near the flea market and an easy walk to Piazza Maggiore There was a major heatwave and the air conditioning did not get the room cool enough. |

The hotel staff and location were perfect for travelers. The train station is located right across the street, and the information desk clerk knew more about where to go and what to do than I ever hoped for! Even though the hotel had air conditioning, the rooms were exceptionally hot. My friends had rooms on different sides of the hotel, and their rooms were as uncomfortable as mine. When we asked the desk, they apologized, as it was unseasonably warm, but even with the air conditioning, the room was almost unbearable. |

the design inside of hall was wonderful: modern furniture, great view on the garden from the windows, but the room was not so beautiful and comfortable: very old furniture, uncomfortable bathroom. stuff was great, place of the hotel just wonderful it would be better to change the furniture) |

The location was excellent and although the hotel is right by the station my room was very quiet.There was a bath and not just a shower. The hotel's garden is delightful. The phone call I was expecting was not forwarded to my room as the person on the desk did not read my room number correctly and kept saying that I was out. However, that was just one person and the other members of staff were very efficient and courteous. |

The hotel was perfectly located next to the main railway station, which was well serviced by the regular bus services. Comfortable,clean and good value. I read previous reviews which matched my experience which was good. I would have liked a kettle in my room and the hotel breakfast was poor by UK standards. |

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff was nice and room clean and comfortable. . In my opinion the 4 star hotel should have a parking space for the guests or at least the discounted parking. We paid over 60 Euro for 3 days parking below the hotel- having experience from other hotels this was to expensive |

Right across from the train station, close to the centre and shopping, perfect for visiting the city! Also, the hotel kept our luggage after check-out free of charge which was a great bonus! Clealiness of bathroom could have been better. Shower slightly uncomfortable. |
