The location is excellent. The tap of bath tube was awfully bad placed, it made the shower experience a challenge, not to say dangerous. |

Excellent location for a long weekend - close to shops, bars and sights also right next to the station (although you couldn't hear it) and very convenient for bus to BLQ airport |

Good location close to the centre, only 10 minutes walk to the main square. Room was clean and room was a good standard for the cost. Bar closed too early. For this type of hotel I would have expected to be able to still have a drink in the bar at 12:30 |

I liked the fact that the reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on the area and location of good restaurants and times of public transport. Also the fact that it is a comfortable hotel and the bed was one of the best i've ever slept in. I thought it would have been nice if there was tea and coffee facilities and perhaps a couple of quality biscuits to go with it in the room. I would highly recommend this for the future as I believe it would go down very well with the customers. Also I felt breakfast could be improved, some cooked items beans, eggs, mushrooms, bacon and sausages would have gone down well too. |

Very convenient, I arrived after leaving a group at Treviso, rather than returning to my home in Spoleto I decided to return to England from Bologna and explore the city. Despite its position it was very quiet. |

Since we book for the weekend, we enjoyed the reduce rate for such a beautiful hotel. Also, if travelling by train, the hotel is located accross the street from the Train station. They do not have a dinning room. Although there are very good restaurant in the vicinity, sometime it is pleasant to enjoy a good meal in the hotel restaurant. I must add that they have a nice bar with a nice terrace. |

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the bus and train station. The breakfast at 10 euros was not a good value for the money. |

Quiet room, nice garden, good bar & good breakfast, My parents encountered much difficulty in tracing the booking, although a booking reference number was given to the recepionist upon their arrival and had all their confirmed booking details, he was still unable to find their booking in his records... |

Great value for getting in and out of Bologna in a day or two: good-sized room, great location across from train station, nice bar and garden area, and a real breakfast with eggs, meats and cheeses. |

We got a good rate, it was right opposite the railway station and walking distance to the centre of Bologna. The staff were helpful and provided ironing facilities to us within seconds of calling reception. The window in our room faced out the back so we had the shutters closed so the room was quite dark but perfectly adequate if like us you're not planning on spending much time in it during the day. |

Very conveniently located right opposite the train station, rooms well soundproofed, air conditioning much appreciated on the hottest day of the year! The bedroom furniture is a bit shabby and the hotel is overdue a refurbishment |

Close to the train station. Clean rooms. No-smoking floors. The breakfast area. Given that the hotel had a 4 star rating, I was disapointed. A group of students/children were screaming loudly all night and morning long and the staff was not able to control the situation. Also,the interenet facilites were much too expensive. I stayed in hotels all over Italy which is why I have something to compare it with. |

Impressive historical building. People who work there are very kind and helpful. Excellent service. Nice room & beds. Lovely garden. Location opposite railway station good. We recommended it to several friends. Just one thing: the noise (a machine? airconditioning?) while sitting on the terrace. |

Hotel is situated in front of railway station. Even the hotel is placed in a noisy place, the rooms was very quit. Staff was great. The conditioning system works well. Very clean room and bathroom. Beakfast is more expensive than is worth. Furniture and bathroom object pretty old. |
