Score from 116 reviews Very good
Staff Entry arrangements were easy and secure Good, clean facilities
Dragging luggage up flights of stairs wasn't easy Continental breakfast was good, but simple and a bit cramped
It is a good family hotel not far from Termini train station. I liked the hostess very much. She was very kind. Her son also was helpful.
Breakfast was so poor....
Stairs Outdated fittings and fixtures Dark and dingy Small
The room was quite nice.
Wifi wasn't available at my room so I have to sit at the lobby to use wifi.
large room kind owners and staff good location
despite of the texts on the Web there is no 1- AC in the rooms it is only Roof mount Fan 2- no fresh air in the corridors and in the room 3- 1st floor too noisy due to vending machine 3- no Wifi connection in the room i was in first floor
The hole is easy to access from the station.
The breakfast is very limited. A selection of cereals would have been good!
The location was good. Marco was helpful.
Very friendly and helpful manager, Marco. Offered airport transport should we need it (had already booked) and lots of advice about places to visit. Happy to secure luggage after check-out and laid back about payment time. We'd use the hotel again. Excellent value for money.
Small hotel so not too much noise Kind accommodating staff The single room was good as it faced into the courtyard, had air conditioning and a fridge and a decent bathroom
Multiple keys and codes to get in to property
The location was easy to find and the atmosphere was relaxed.
Good location. Walking distance to Termini.
Poor breakfast. It's not a buffet breakfast. Jam every morning, no ham, mo cheese. Small cup of coffee or tea.
hospitality of the owner
the room is not air-conditioned as described in webpage and shower (in double room)was not good
Could walk to either A or B metro in a few minutes. Various types and qualities of restaurants handy. Markets around the corner
Dark dingy room. Impossible to shower without getting all the floor wet as there was only a shower curtain which did not reach all the way around. No tea or coffee making facilities. Only half of the power plugs in the tiny room worked. Traffic noise and front door slamming kept us awake. Wifi was spasmodic, not reliable to make bookings with. Asked for more pillows, said yes but nothing arrived and missed one day of room service.
Very helpful, friendly staff. Location was good, could be nearer to the center but for this price it was fair enough and it was very close to metro and Termini station (just 5 minutes walk). Tasty breakfast included and the best ice cream just round the corner. The room was clean and it had air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel.
reasonable service n good family. want to recommend for tourism.
owners were very nice
Location close to tourist atractions
Room a bit small
Terrible, too expencive for such an awful place, poor breakfast,no heat, and the room was dark, very noisy and moldy
It was inconvenient to get in and out the hotel. The room for breakfast (poor) was so small that I could not relax. I woke up past mid-night and could't get back to sleep because the vending machine by the room made a big noise. There was no dust box.
Situation and cheaper during canonization's weekend
Asked with insistence to pay cash, no a good sound isolation, rooms in a building with other flats so you have to ring each time you want to go back
Expected more from breakfast
Clean room, best price and location, kind staff, lovely pleace at all
a little bit loudy but some kind of charming so not a problem :)
Owner is great, very friendly and helps with finding good places to go to. Rooms are simple, but good value for money.
You need three different keys/codes to get into your room. Secure, but also a bit of a hassle... There are no social facilities to meet other people and the reception is often closed (you need to go to the home of the owners, one floor up, to reach them, but they are always friendly)
