Hotel Bolzano

Was very central, clean and comfortable. I will choose for the next time the same hotel.

The breakfast was good, but not perfect.For un smaller price, in Berlin, at Youth hostel, you can eat better. Yogurt missing.

Fantastic location and excellent staff. Even though we didn't arrive until late evening, the staff were extremely welcoming and efficient.

breakfast was ok, and locasion was not bad too.

we did not like the smell from bathroom from the drain at the first room, after they put us into another room where we were annoyed for hole night by mosquitos (I suppossed they had to come from the drainage).

Absulutly nothing did i like about this hotel, i was glad to get out each morning and dreaded going back each evening

The Hotel was going through renovation (poor standard) one evening at 6pm i arrived back to find the hotel floor covered in dust and they had been in my room to remove the toilet door and main door and was grinding brakets on the doors causing many sparks (fire hazard), noise, smells from the grinding and the next day they removed the air con whilst i was out of the room, there were wires pertruding from the wall next to my bed, broken toilet windows if you want pictures i would be happy to send them

I don't like the environment during I stay in this hotel because it was in renovation period. The room condition has not been finished but I have to pay in full cost of it.

Hotel's proximity to the Milan Centrale train station. It is just 5 mins by walking. Also, very close to the hotel you have Metro which can take you to every corner of Milan. Although there is not much of an eating option in the locality but you could find a McDonalds nearby. The Airconditioning and Heater was working fine. Running hot & cold water 24 hrs. Good bathroom. Hotel staff do speak in good english so not much of a problem. I would recommend this to anyone for a short city/hopping trip to Milan.

Not really a good value for money. Too pricey for the services or facilities offered. Hotel is still undergoing some renovation and you could find half renovated stuffs in the corridor or even in your bathroom. Rooms are small contrrary to what was shown in pictures while booking. Breakfast is not upto the standard.

Very Good location. Staff very freindly. Plain breakfast.

the location was great and staff were brilliant, when in need of something it was always delivered.

smell coming from drain in shower was bad, tv stations at times didnt work.

close to public transport, luxury room and very big.

wake up call doesnt work, so dont rely on it.

The place was so close to Central Station.

The staff should be changed - The rooms should be better and cleaner it is not appropriate for 3 stars Hotel. The bathroom window was broken. It rained at night it was horrible. The staff did not care about it and the room had not the towels. It was unbelieveable.
