Good Location in relation to my meetings.
Breakfast was delivered later than promised and was limited and not very nutritious.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating
Breakfast in room.
very friendly and helpful staff, top location, clean place, everything was perfect
Nice location close to metro station and tour bus stops. Walking distance to some tourist attractions. Nice staff with breakfast delivered to your room. Clean room in a quiet location.
It was close to transport. Within walking distance of quite a few of Rome's attractions. Jekaterina was wonderful, she pulled out a map and showed us where to go and how to get there. She also told us of some great places to eat that are local. Breakfast was prompt every morning...
Limited breakfast. The onlt filling for the croissant and rolls were either butter or jam. Would have preffered some cheese or cold cuts of meat (chicken, turkey, salami)
The landlady 's kindness and helpfulness, the quietness of the street though in the heart of the city, the nice area.
Staff took the time to help with advice on where to go, where to eat and even where to park, good 2 bed apartment very well located. Would definitely use again.
Room safe did not work - minor inconvenience
stuff very friendly, excellent location, feels very safe for a metropolitan city as Rome, breakfast, spacious rooms
Excellent service, Jekaterina and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great value!
A very comfortable place to stay in July when Rome is hot and crowded. The area was walking distance to many sights but not crowded with tourists. Our room was comfortable with A/C, cable and wifi. Breakfast served to the room every morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially first time travellers to Rome.
Clean, great bed, plesant balcony and relaxing atmosphere. Very nice and helpful owner and staff.
Nice area. 15 minutes walking from the Termini station in a non touristy neighborhood. Clean. Good service.
The breakfast bread & croissants are not the best.
Very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend this accommodation!
Excellent staff, good location near downtown, quiet and safe neighbourhood, clean and spacious rooms.
Excellent staff and location! While modest accomodations- very clean! Best value for money in Rome!
Very friendly and helpful staff, personal choice of breakfast, good tv facilities and some great restaurants nearby.
Staff were very friendly, they guided us very well. Our room had a street view and clean and quiet Location is great and safe.. close to everywhere by walk
Breakfast is not so good, there is no anywhere for breakfast, Our breakfast was delivered every morning to our room but it was okay :)
Very good location, very clean, very nice stuff (the hours they were there), one of the best prices regarding the location, good value for money
There was nobody in the reception most hours of the day. In case of an Emergency you could make a phone call. On 1st January in the morning the breakfast was extremely late and very fast made because there was only one employee who had to make breakfast for everyone and he came around 10 o` clock....
Outsanding B&B hotel. You can order a transfer from\to airport (55 EUR). Rooms are very nice. Location is good. A small restorant is 5 meters from the hotel, 600 meters one of the famous enotheque in Rome. Breakfast is serving abed. And if a hotel management will change a breakfast adding something hot (eggs with bacon :-)), Boncompagni will become one of the most charming place in Rome. Thanks!
All the staff were friendly & helpful with information. The location was close to attractions & shopping.
Breakfast needs to be better - replace packaged croissants, serve real baguette instead of panini, add fruit & boiled egg. Shower needs updating. Include 1 liter complimentary water each day.
The rooms are fairly clean and if asked towels and sheets are changed daily. The personal was polite and the location is very good for visiting Rome.
It is really hard to find as it is on the first floor of an old building and only a really small sign at the door indicates the name. The building is very old and there is an unpleasant smell all over the place even in the room. The breakfast is very poor and insufficient and the only fresh thing served is coffee and pre-baked bread (one little peace of bread for each person). Our room was next to the little kitchen where breakfast was prepared an the noises from the spoons hitting on coffee cups, the espresso machine and the opening and closing drawers at 7 am were really annoying. The view was at the back of the building which was narrow, dark and smelly. In general it was a bearable little room but the relevance between price and comfort in general is disappointing. Very expensive rooms for the facilities offered.
