The dinning room is gorgeous. The location little bit far form train station, it takes 15-20 mins walk. The space of room is too small, especially #12, no space for 2 luggaes.

A very good small hotel in a quiet area just north of city centre -only 10mins walk to Duomo and 15 mins to main train station. The facilites are minimal but the hotel is small and friendly, staff are fantastic, good breakfast and small courtyard off the breakfast room. If you are looking for a good 3star hotel in a nice quiet area away from all the noise and traffic in the centre then go here. Grazie Bonifacio!

Hotel is few minutes walking distance from the main road but traffic noise free area. The Staff are friendly, good buffet breakfast. Clean bedroom and on suite bathroom. Air condition room. Twenty minutes walk to the central station and to the town centre. I enjoyed staying in Bonifacio. Mosquito. The hotel provided me plug in repellent to use in the bedroom.

Within walking distance of SMN railway/bus station, sight-seeing attractions and good restaurants (10-15 mins). The hotel staff are extremely helpful in giving directions and recommendations. The continental breakfasts are fresh and plentiful. The hotel is clean and well run. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to people seeking a quiet, good value hotel.

Good quality rooms and facilities - we had two rooms & both fine. Decent breakfast included in rate. Only downside was a 30 minute walk into centre of Florence, which became a drag after a day's walking round the sites.

Hotel is at a good location, you have to walk to the centre, but for this price it was ok. Our room was on the 1st floor at the back, so no noise at all, we had a terrasse, great. Breakfast was totally alright vs the usual breakfast in Italy. Perfect air condition, and wifi in the room. Only thing is parking, but actually it is not a problem of the hotel, but of Firenze. Too expensive and no parking on the streets.

The staff was helpful and showed us the different landmarks on the map. The breakfast buffet was good value for the money. The location was decently close to the station and the Duomo. Its in a quiet residental/appartment area so traffic noise was not a problem and it was close to a laudromat, a supermarket, and other ammenities. The washroom ventilation was inneffective and the washroom was dim.

The hotel was very well presented (the best of all that we stayed in during our tour of Italy) in a nice area with smartly presented rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was well cooled with a/c and also we enjoyed a small balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of croissants, although only a few brought out at a time meant that you had to be quick to get one!! The breakfast room spilled out into a lovely little garden, which was a nice setting. In a great location for exploring Florence (we loved the city) and a reasonably easy walk from the train station. We would definately recommend it, and would definately return. The room was rather cramped once the two extra children's beds were squeezed in, but otherwise it was great.

Staff was helpful, they called a taxi for me to arrive at 5:00 in the morning and knocked on my door to tell me it had arrived. Unfortunately, it was a ride to the airport, back to the United States. I did not want to leave Florence!

Good location, near train station and not too far from city centre, also pretty accessible to reach from anywhere. I had to change rooms since my reservation expired and my room (room #1 was already booked). In my first room everything was ok, tv too little and unconfortable to watch in both rooms, tiny showers and the internet on my first room sucked it was constantly online/offline although it was better than my secOnd room Which didn't have it at all.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was outstanding!! We truly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks! The bed pillows were hard, as was the mattress but I think different countries have different customs when it comes to sleeping comfort.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had two rooms between two families. The rooms were clean and decent sizes. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard in the back where they serve excellent breakfast. It was a "help yourself" type service with toast, yogurt, fruit, cappuccino machine, cereal, muffins, pastries, milk, juices to choose from. I'm sure I'm leaving out few more items they had. Two ladies in charge of the breakfast area were very attentive and had great sense of customer service. We stayed three nights at the hotel, and looked forward to our breakfast every morning. The front desk staff was excellent. Karin (I'm sorry if I'm misspelling her name) in particular was exceptional. She spoke fluent English and went above and beyond call of duty to make our stay peasant. Give her restaurant recommendations a try. We enjoyed dining at couple of restaurants she recommended. It would be nice to have reliable internet access available in the room, rather than just the public areas.

The room was clean and fairly spacious for a quad and was tastefully and well furnished. The location was quiet. The breakfast was quite good. The staff was very helpful. The main thing I didn't like was the quality of the Wifi. The signal strength from our room was not very good. Even when I went downstairs to the lobby to get a better signal strength, the internet was so slow, it was practically useless (E.G. my Yahoo page took what seemed like a minute to load up). I was told by the staff that the problem was with the slow internet connection in Italy and there was nothing much they could do.

The hotel staff was great, helping out when we had a small problem (personal, not hotel) and going way beyond anything I had the right to expect, solving the problem happily. The rate for the room in Florence was quite good. Breakfast was lovely and arranged for us early because of an early departure. The hotel is not new but it was comfortable and well kept. For those from the usa: ask how to use the ac, it is odd for us and you will end up with hot not cool air. The location is not great. It is located within walking distance of the city center but the walk could best be described as out-of-the-way and quite isolated. There were no city buses that we could hop on to, so I needed to keep our walks during the busy hours of the day. I was with two children, 11 and 13. There was very little around the hotel though an eatery, Tito's, was recommended by them and it had very good food and was great fun.

“The location was great - away from the main sites and crowds, but close enough to walk there in about 15 minutes on a pleasant, pedestrians-only street. Enrico, the owner, was very attentive. He gave us a map and showed us everything we needed to know about the sites and the transit system. He recommended restaurants that were tasty, inexpensive and away from the tourist area. The weather was so good that we walked everywhere from B&B Cimabue 9. The rooms are small and clean with adequate storage and lots of hot water.” Elizabeth, Dartmouth |

“The staff was friendly and helpful. They have parking on site which is nice. The location is convenient to walking into Florence. Good wi-fi in room. Hotel is nice, clean and beautiful. My daughter left her phone by accident in the room and they ran out to the car to give it to us before we left. They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Our favorite hotel of our Italy trip!” Kelly, Canton |
