Fine location. Nice, very clean room. Very kind stuff. Wonderful garden, very pleasant for breakfast, or coffee break.

My car was taken to parking place and , when it was brought back to me, after four days, I noticed that it is scratched at the back right door.

Nice small hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. Good city maps and tourist advice at the reception. Simple breakfest served in touristic hours (7:30-9:30) which suited us (boiled eggs, croissants, fruits, jam, bread, good coffe/tea) but could be too small for those proteines-in-the- morning oriented. The heating in room was working very well (it was late December and we experienced in previous winter trips that in some italian hotels it is hardly working). There is a free wi-fi access near reception (but not the breakfast room). Also parking options (after resolving some start-up problems - see didn't like part) were quite good - a garrage, a large public parking and quite a lot of blue line parking spots on the streets out of ztl zone - some 100 m from the hotel at 3EUR/h 8am.-8pm. Working days (1st hour 2e) but 200m from the hotel already 1,5EUR/h also monthly (no daily or weekly only calendar month) pre-payed parking cards for eur50 - worth considering for 3+ working days stays.

Hotel is located within ztl (limited trafic area). If you drive into the area hotel will inform the police and you will not get fine. It shall be clearly written in the hotel description. We arrived in peak hour and tried to obey ztl limits. So we spent some 15 minutes looking for a parking space nearby but out of the ztl boundaries.

Poor breakfast. Hotel was pretty far from center city .There was no Internet connection in the rooms, so every time we wanted to use the Internet we had to go gown to the lobby.

The location in regards to the main part of Florence was good. About a 10 minute very easy walk. The beds were made each day and the towels replaced each day. The staff were pleasent.

The beds were not the most comfortable but they were ok. I would not tell people not to stay there due to this fact though.

Our room was at the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor and thus very quiet. The breakfast was adequate, with a croissant per person and an espresso machine. Tables in the small garden were a nice feature.

Price and location - for 85Euro (+25 for parking) this is a bargain

Great location not too far from the rialto bridge/ferry. Felt extremely safe as a solo traveller. Bathroom clean, which I consider the most important factor when choosing hotel. Reception was open 24 hours which was good as I arrived late.m

You do have to leave your room key with reception when you leave the hotel during the day, but I understand this is common in Italy. There is a safe in the room so this was not an issue for me,

The hotel was relatively clean.

Our room was so hot that we stayed away from the hotel as much as possible. We had trouble sleeping at night because the room was unbearably hot, and the A.C. did nothing to help.

1-a large room for three people ( i don't know whether all rooms are the same) 2- very silent and clean room 3- helpful staff 4-nice breakfast 5-weak but free internet 6-various kinds of coffee in the breakfast

1-only one croissant per person in the breakfast 2-cheese and ham put together in breakfast (not good for a muslim)

Cleaning staff did not clean bathroom properly. Our basin plug was stuck so we couldnt use it. Air conditioning worked very poorly. Wifi was only available in reception only but when given wifi password and sitting in reception, it still didnt work. We left our luggage after check out in their library room, and when we came back, our luggage was safe. The stay was ok. Breakfast was nice, best croissants ever!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

The air conditioning was nonexistent in our room. We couldn't sleep at night because of the poor quality of our unit. Also, they didn't have a fan or anything else we could use as a substitute. Additionally, they had extremely poor internet. If they are going to advertise as having "air conditioning" and "wi-fi" then they need to actually have it.

The room is clean, I stay in single room with big toilet and shower room. The location is not far away from train stations. I think also the bus stop not far from hotel. And it is quiet, because hotel a little walk to small street, so very good. Breakfast is provided also they have a little garden, where I had mine there. I know this place from my friend who suggested me 3 places, and I selected this place, cause location, price.

I found the hotel to be very gloomy with no color, lack of any cheerfulness and poor lighting, and a very hard mattress. Some of the staff was friendly, but others almost seemed indifferent like they didn't want to serve you or didn't like their job.

Accoglienza splendida: calorosa e amichevole, e altrettanto riservata. Cornice piacevolissima e ambiente confortevole. Centrale e silenzioso, in una città grande e trafficata come Firenze. Ideale per soggiorno di lavoro, offre un'oasi di autentico ristoro dopo giornate faticose e affollanti. Ancora una cosa: mai avuto nei mie soggiorni alberghieri un televisore così bello! Grazie.

Unico piccolissimo neo: delle prese di corrente in camera e bagno una sola era funzionante, creando qualche problema per l'uso di apparecchiature varie.

Hôtel convivial, très bien situé (15 min du centre à pieds), personnel accueillant et serviable.

Pas de parking privé, société partenaire pour le parking couvert à 500m de l'hôtel qui laisse la fenêtre ouverte avec la clé sur le tableau de bord en journée.
