The location was great, the stuff very friendly, great room, great service. waiting sunday morning for breakfast for 35 minutes, when there was another floor not used, and the adjoining balcony was not used as well. |

Very good service, friendly staff,clean facilities, fantastic continental -buffet , very well decorated and kept,breakfast-very well situated.Most importantly staff were very helpful all the time. Room service (restaurant) was on my view overpriced: I paid £15 for a cup of tea !! |

Very close to St Marks square, their standard double room was very clean and well decorated. If you don't like sparrows (birds) then avoid breakfasts in the hotel, a number of birds had taken up permanent residence in the high ceiling room and continuously swooped down whilst guests were eating - obviously the norm because the staff were unfazed, I would question hygiene associated with the bird issue, especially since the cake/bread products are left out in the open on the buffet display |

The hotel was nice. A little pricey - also getting to the hotel was not very easy with lots of luggage. |

location could not be better there was water damage to the room from the shower the carpet got wet and the wall was showing water damage. this indicated a lack of attention to detail. There was also a problem with mosquitos and we were both bitten. |
