Meget central beliggenhed. Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Meget venligt, smilende og serviceminded personale, der dog ikke i alle tilfælde talte og forstod engelsk så godt. Forholdsvis små værelser med meget forskellige udsigter (brandtrappe, baggård vs. hovedstrøg og kanal). Nogen støj fra kanalen med megen bådtraffik, men også meget charmerende med mange gondoler. Generelt god oplevelse. Air condition som kan indstilles. Flere TV kanaler som ikke er synkroniseret til italiensk. |

fremragende belilggenhed. et plus med egen anløbsbro. Vi havde to værelser en souite, hvilket var et stort plus. Receptionen talte godt engelsk og var hjælpsom |

location could not be better there was water damage to the room from the shower the carpet got wet and the wall was showing water damage. this indicated a lack of attention to detail. There was also a problem with mosquitos and we were both bitten. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Loved going out for early morning and late evening walks. The room on the top floor was "compact" so would not recommend it for people who have a lot of luggage. |

Staff very friendly. Did not include free internet. Paid 8 Euro for wireless internet which did not work in my room.although it works in most rooms. |

Was a great location - and was comfortable - most the staff was nice and accomodating - however there was one instance of a snippy concierage (although that particular person was very friendly at a later date) |
