The breakfast was fantastic, a big variety of food. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. It's a 2 minute walk to Saint Marc's Square and about 10 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. |

The staff are very very helpful. But be warned that the hotel is not actually at piazza san marco. When I called to find out the easiest way to walk there from the vaparetto, I was told it was better to get off at Rialto and follow signs towards campo di san luca. Having said that, it is right between rialto and san marco and so location wise it is quite good. Breakfast is quite good though nothing outstanding and the rooms are a lot smaller than I had expected. Still worthwhile but if you are treating your self to a bit of a luxurious trip then I would suggest elsewhere. |

Great position in the centre of Venice, a few minutes walk to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. We stayed in the new extension to the hotel, ie the Palace Bonvecchiati, which is just round the corner, but we used the Albergo's lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast overlooking a canal with gondolas. |

Good location close to center, Good veiw from room window and Nice restaurant. It's a little bit expensive, though, price of Venice Hotel is higher. |

The restaurant where we had breakfast was a comfortable place. The room was a bit small. The shower curtain was too short. |

Extremely well located, refined furnishings, well maintained and clean facilities. Comfortable room and nice view on Venice rooftops. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. The rate we got was also very good value for the money. The check-in time is at 14h00 even though the previous occupants need to leave the room by 11h00. For us this was a bit of a problem as at 13h00, after a 6 hour trip to Venice,we wanted to refresh before sight-seeing but it was not possible. |

Hotel is so nice and comfortable with a great location, just 3 minutes walk from sant marcos and water bus stop. Near hardrock cafe and everything. Restuarant terrace was so lovely with rich breakfast. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would sure consider staying in the hotel again in our next visit to venice. the two twin beds connected to each other. We'd rather had one big double bed instead. But hotel management said it was not feasible. But overall it was a great experience. |

The room was really nice and clean and quite big for a hotel in Venice. The breakfast was good in general, but the atmosphere in the room was not very cosy and the buffet choice was quite limited. |

The location was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly despite a bit of a language barrier. The mattress was two twins pushed together to make a double bed, but it was still comfortable enough. |

Being in the heart of Venice and easy to see a lot by walking through the narrow streets.Easy access to San Marco and thus can hang around in San Marco till late night and enjoy the festivities there. While arriving from airport, dragging the luggage all the way from San Marco water bus station.(there's hardly anyother choice!) |

The location is excellent for a short city trip. The reception staff were very kind, accomodating all our needs. The standard double room is very small but that is expected for Venice and for the cheapest price we couldn't complain. The cleaning staff just walked into the room without waiting for an answer, so make sure you double lock your room. |
