Замечательная обеденная терраса. в номере белоснежные полотенца (жаль, что очень в учечённом кол-ве, на день не хватало).

Самое красивое в отеле - обеденная зона, но она непомерно грязная, полы, плинтуса, протянутые в углах коммуникации не чистились годами. В первый же день, мой сын уронил кусок сосиски и в экскурсионной суете, забыли поднять, какого же было наше удивление, когда на четвёртый день мы пришли завтракать, сели за свой первоночальный стол и и обнаручили под столом всё тот же кусочек сосиськи!

Замечательное расположение отеля, прямо в центре Венеции, 3 мин. до площади Ст. Марко, очень хороший ресторан в гостинице. Для тех, кто требователен к тишине, попросите номера не выходящие во двор, так как в номерах выходящих на улицу слышимость очень высокая.

Звукоизоляция - насколько она возможна в старинном здании...

This hotel is particularly well located, close to all local attractions and the best shopping area. The breakfast was the best we had in all of Europe. The hotel staff were extremely helpful as I suffer from severe backpain and the conceirge went above and beyond to find a suitably comfortable bed. I would stay here again without doubt.

The rooms were a little old and dated and for the price I think the hotel should upgrade the rooms and in particular the beds, which were dreadfully hard like sleeping on concrete. Also i find it very offensive that they have the audacity to charge such excessive rates for internet and inhouse movies. I have had free wifi at a lot of other 2 and 3 star hotels and indeed some campsites throughout Europe and don't see how they can justify the premiums they charge.

It was very centrally located.

Room was on the first floor, no view at all. Back yard. At least the room vas fairly spacious and comfortable. For an overnight stay perfect.

The wine list was composed solely of very expensive wines and ought to have included some less expensive choices.

The location was very good. It was only a minute away from St. Mark's square. The size of the room was great. Lots of space. The spread for breakfast was fantastic.

Our room smelled of urine but we could not find the source. It may have been from all the carpet and humidity in the air. The air conditioner did not work very well.

Localization and service. Hotel very clean, nice breakfest.

We had a wonderful large room - I believe we were given a complimentary upgrade. Excellent location between San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. Staff at reception desk was very helpful, including making dinner reservations.

The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. We didn't actually end up staying in the hotel itself we had a 'huge' room 50m away in the hotel's residence which over looked the canals. It was very very nice and lots of action going on when you looked out your window. Perfect location and not too hard to find either! Highly recommend.

No, it was exactly what we wanted if not more.

The location was perfect (minutes from St. Mark's). The breakfast was very good and included in the reasonable price for a 4 star hotel. The room was small, but nicely decorated and very comfortable.
