Распрложение, обслуживание Отель скромный,соответвует 4 * в номере все необходимое, в номере ПК ( доступ в интернет через телевизор), оч удобные матрасы. Рядом парковка гандол, лучшие магазины, пл. Сан Марко (5 мин). Персонал - отлично. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет насладиться пребываем в Венеции. |

Замечательная обеденная терраса. в номере белоснежные полотенца (жаль, что очень в учечённом кол-ве, на день не хватало). Самое красивое в отеле - обеденная зона, но она непомерно грязная, полы, плинтуса, протянутые в углах коммуникации не чистились годами. В первый же день, мой сын уронил кусок сосиски и в экскурсионной суете, забыли поднять, какого же было наше удивление, когда на четвёртый день мы пришли завтракать, сели за свой первоночальный стол и и обнаручили под столом всё тот же кусочек сосиськи! |

Заказывали номер "Diamond" с видом на канал. Получили довольно простенький номер с видом на ресторан и соответствующим шумом. (Канал тоже был виден - если высунуться из окна, т.н. "боковой вид") При этом на рецепции сказали, что ошибки нет, это именно заказанный номер. |

Замечательное расположение отеля, прямо в центре Венеции, 3 мин. до площади Ст. Марко, очень хороший ресторан в гостинице. Для тех, кто требователен к тишине, попросите номера не выходящие во двор, так как в номерах выходящих на улицу слышимость очень высокая. Звукоизоляция - насколько она возможна в старинном здании... |

It was very centrally located. Room was on the first floor, no view at all. Back yard. At least the room vas fairly spacious and comfortable. For an overnight stay perfect. |

nice location. Would class it as 3 star and not 4 star .Very outdated decor and dark. Needs modernisation. Also the lifts do not take you till your room corridor and have to walk a lot to get to certain rooms of the hotel which include stairs hence would not recommend the hotel to parents with prams and young childrens.Room service charges are 100% i.e a 5 euro tea would cost you 10 euros if ordered through room service. also the hotel itself did not have any facilities but its sister concerned hotel did. |

The location was very good. It was only a minute away from St. Mark's square. The size of the room was great. Lots of space. The spread for breakfast was fantastic. Our room smelled of urine but we could not find the source. It may have been from all the carpet and humidity in the air. The air conditioner did not work very well. |

Its location, in the middle of the center of Venice. The staff, specially an italian receptionist with a brittish accent, made us feel very welcome! Service is good. Breakfast is very good! The cleaning was exellent, they even cleaned the room again in the late afternoon, a few hours after we checked in! I do not know about the other rooms, but our room was very small, withno space even for the luggage. It was ok for us for one night, but could not extended our stay because of the small space. But again, it was perfect for one night! |

We had a wonderful large room - I believe we were given a complimentary upgrade. Excellent location between San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. Staff at reception desk was very helpful, including making dinner reservations. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. We didn't actually end up staying in the hotel itself we had a 'huge' room 50m away in the hotel's residence which over looked the canals. It was very very nice and lots of action going on when you looked out your window. Perfect location and not too hard to find either! Highly recommend. No, it was exactly what we wanted if not more. |

The location was perfect (minutes from St. Mark's). The breakfast was very good and included in the reasonable price for a 4 star hotel. The room was small, but nicely decorated and very comfortable. |

The only thing we liked was the restaurant The room was not at all like the room we viewed on your website. It was the size of a closet. We moved to the hotel around the corner which was a 3 star hotel with a room twice the size, friendly and helpful staff and was only 90 euros compared to the outrageous 150 euros at the Bonvecchiati. Our first night in Venice was spoiled by this experience. |

Ideal location, only a few metres from St Marks square. Connections to both the rail station and airport only a few minutes walk.Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Hotel staffs were immaculately turned out, giving the hotel a luxurious feel |

being in the centre Was very noisy I could hear the flush of toilete of upper floor and next door.cleaning staff were too noisy ,waking us at 5.40 am. |
