Nice people, nice room, nice place. Un immeuble typique romain, quartier sympa. Salle d'accueil à la disposition des hôtes très agréable.

Accessible to several bus lines 10 mins to Termini, 20 mins to Vatican, 15 mins to Colosseum....the location is perfect. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. I would highly suggest the area for its convenience, budget conscious travelers and open to local feel or lifestyle.

The room was clean and comfortable. The building had a charm to it and the lift was a pleasant throw back to the 1920's. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location in a residential neighbourhood close to the University and some tourist spots. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Quiet on weekdays. Fairly private.

We were treated really well by all staff and they provided all the information that we needed about Rome, shopping, restaurants. The area is really nice and secure, close to via Salaria and the park of Villa Borghese. The room was clean and with new furniture.

The fact that the Hotel don´t have breakfast. Althougt with restaurants really close, it was good if they got a license to serve food to the guests.

Friendly staff, good location (10 min to Villa Borghese), nice rooms

The location is great - close to Termini Station and in the affluent area around the Villa Borghese. The Spanish steps are within walking distance from here and the local bars, shops and markets are good quality, not extraordinarily pricey. Air conditioning is included - a Godsend for a 7 month pregnant woman in a Roman August. The owners are lovely, chatty and accommodating. No fuss and no hassle about checking in and out.

There was no breakfast included in with a stay in the executive suites, but there was a private dining area available for us to use. Also, a very reasonable coffee and snack machine with pretty good coffee and only 30 cents a cup! That made up for it.

This hotel is not in center of Rome. However the hotel is convenient to reach to many famous places by bus(No. 80) and metro. In particular, Borghese Museum is 5 minutes by walk from this hotel. Parking is very nice to keep a car to be safe in an indoor parking lot by expense of 20 euros per day.

Mosquito bite my family and the hotel had better to clean up the room by sanitation.

The location was excellent, just a block away from Fiume bus stops which take you all across Rome. And the staff was wonderful. In particular, Marika was very friendly and helpful; she made sure that we knew how to get to important places of interest, gave us restaurant suggestions, and tips on avoiding tourist traps.

There was some confusion as to our check out time, and the guy working that morning was quite rude saying that we should have left half an hour ago. When I showed him that our check out time was later he didn't apologize, he just mumbled something and carried on with staring at his computer screen.

The staff, the staff, the staff I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Always available to answer questions and always very helpful. The hotel was very nice, The ac worked perfectly and the bathroom was huge. Nice hardwood floors and soft beds.

We stayed at Borghese Suite for 5 nights and the most thing I liked actually is the location as it's in a very quiet and clean area better by far than Roma Termini which is noisy & hectic, the supermarket is just few steps from the suites, It's easy to get toTermini only 10 mins by bus and then to any area in Rome. At night a lot of nice restaurants in the near areas offering high quality italian food with a very reasonable prices where you can enjoy your dinner even outdoor when the wheather is nice. A lot of good shops as well for italian clothes as you can do shopping specially in the sale period,

The information about the suits was very nil on booking.com and when we got there we were disappointed from many things: first of all the size of the quadrable room was very small and there was no refrigerator in the room as you can't keep even cold water to drink in the hot summer, the probelm that the owner looked as surprised about our complaint regarding that problem, there was no kitchenette to prepare any food snacks or small breakfast for the kids, just a vending machine with limited choices!!

Not too close to a Metro station. Faster to walk to the train station than to walk to a metro and ride to the train station.

Great place, nice and friendly staff, speaks english fluently. Room was very cozy, spacious and clean. Bathroom has Shower as well as bathtub and was pretty big. The location is very good, close enough to the main atraction but far away from most turistic streets. The store is right next to the hotel, also restaurants and bars are in the area. The elevator is also very useful. I recomend this place as worth staying.

Very clean, totally new, everything is shining, quite stylish. You don't see it from the photos. Very high ceilings. Location is awesome - near to Borgese park in rich area, very close to good grossery shop. Easy access to city center in 7 min bus ride. Staff was helpful and friendly. The price is good for Rome, i mean everything costs like this.

Noisy, the sound isolation from the street is not that good, also you hear what is happening in the corridor. And the double bed was actually twin bed put together, so falling in the middle was what we experienced :) The water gets hot very slowly:) but it gets hot in the end.
