Discover a quieter, residential part of Rome at Grand Hotel Fleming.
Score from 1966 reviews Very good
Cristoforo Colombo is in Rome's EUR district, next to Euroma2 shopping center and close to Rome's GRA beltway. The hotel has free parking and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
Score from 2073 reviews Good
Set in the lively Trastevere district in central Rome, the Torripa offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The Jewish Quarter is a 10-minute walk away.
Score from 42 reviews Excellent
Hotel Seiler is a 2-minute walk from Repubblica Metro Station, and less than a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini Train Station.
Score from 435 reviews Good
I got a perfectly fine, nicely furnished, spacious quadruple (!)room, clean, comfortable, for 35 euros/night. Not right in the centre, but still amazingly good value for money.
Staff not on location all day, could be reached by phone. This was no problem for me, but could be for some.
The place has excellent location and the greatest stuff ever! The rooms are big, clean and tidy looking even better than in the pictures. wifi works perfectly! don't miss a chance to stay here! The neighborhood is lovely and Rome is charming!
Location close to Borghese Gallery.
This is not a hotel. It is several rooms with private baths in an apartment building. We had to wait for 10 minutes ringing a doorbell before someone came out of the building to tell us the 'desk' person was on the way. Every time we went to the desk. The lights were off and the space was empty. Even checking out there was no one there. There was a horrible smell coming from the toilet tank but no one to tell about it so we kept the door closed all the time and used the facilities as quickly as possible. We did see a room cleaner on day one and asked for hand soap but never received any although the room was 'cleaned' every day.
Not enough light (both indoors and from outdoors) Old torn sheets, no duvet only old blankets
Clean room. Great shower! Lovely location near grocery shop and eateries. Not far to catch bus into town.
The entry to it is ordinary! We arrived but no one answered! We buzzed but no answer. Luckily a woman entered the building and let us in. Poor communication. Had to wait 2 hours before the reception man came. Closed big door at front.
Close to Borghese park Supermarket next door, Nice old building with good bathroom Staff were helpful Comfy bed
Yappy dog living downstairs Doorway was tricky to find
There is a store right next to the premises :)
A bit far from the subway
Location - Close enough to public transit and in an area with lots of great food. Being outside of the regular tourist perimeter is a bonus. For basically just as bit more than a hostel, you get a private room and bathroom. Kitchenette is just enough to be useful.
Booked this through Booking.com and the manager didn't look at our comments. Requested two twin beds and showed up to find one queen/king. Turns out it was a convertible that just split into two twins, but we weren't given that information until the next day. Not a huge deal but problem could have been fixed instantly the first night by providing an extra set of sheets.
Stayed in this hotel for 1 night as part of our honeymoon travelling around Italy, needed 1 night in Rome as a stop over between amalfi and lake como. This hotel was excellent, unbelievably cheap and very very clean. Would not hesitate to visit again
Manager was very friendly and explained buses that lead to attractions as well as where attractions are on a map. Theres s great cafe a block and a half away and the Villa bogged maybe 7 minutes away. Rooms are very cool and clean. It was a comfortable, spacious home base.
Price Room Close to Roma Termini Near a grocery
No clearly visible sign indicating the place
Best place we have stayed at during our two week touring holiday of itsly
Helpful staff, in the centre (200 m from bust stop), quiet area, Spacious
everything was nice, clean and cozy
just one small thing, it might be useful to include breakfast
No reception facilities for key pick up etc. no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Location was nice ,near Borghesse park, quite enough ,one super market is near ,easy access in centrum
At first i spoke by e-mail through booking with somebody from the rooms ,and i notice to him that i have a small baby.He didnt told me that his elevator is very small with two doors, one big external and two small eternal side by side so to put my stroller inside was an adventure every day ,i had to take out the one wheel and again put it on etc(and if the wheel of my stroller dont go out ,luckily mine does ,i could had carry my stroller every day in the 4th floor) .I took an e-mail that i will have a baby bed , never i took it.Walls dirty ,need immediately painting, room had a smell of mouhla, toilet need intense cleaning. In windows there is no protective mevranes so mosquitos easy go inside room.Beds and matrasses not comfotable, and central light of the wc ,was with problem,i noticed to him but he never did it,in general nobody was there. My final comment ,definetely will never choose it again .
The staff was very helpful
Nice Old building in a Nice neihhbourhood. Nice view from The room.
These "Executive" suites aren't that Executive at all. They are filled with Ikea furniture and really very basic. No staff available at the reception. Fine for staying independently but in my opinion too spartan for business purposes
the room had a nice size, the bathroom as well, it was clean
no internet connection the staff was not there most of the time, we did not have anyone to talk to
close to city center
Wonderful old building with modest comfortable modern apartment was perfect for our stay in Roma
Not having a sink or fridge
Wonderful staff. Room was basic but good value, and very clean. Wonderful facilities nearby, including cafes, restaurants, supermarket and Borghese park.
The beds were not very comfortable.
The location was great. Just a short bus ride to all hustle and bustle. Close to a grocery store, bakery, shops, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cleaning staff need to pay a little bit more attention to detail. When I arrived, there was no remote control for the TV. In most circumstances this would not be an issue, but the TV was suspended from the wall and I could not reach it. Also, there was some garbage left in the room from the previous guests.
Quite a central location. A small supermarket with a carpark next door.
Hard to find. Very small sign on door.
Staff very helpful - even did laundry for us. Grocery stoor next door.
No food and no refrig available Staff not available on arrival - no onsite staff - but came in
