Beautiful hotel, with very comfortable rooms & professional staff. It was very close to most places of interest; opposite the Bargello Museum. I particularly liked the interior design of the hotel. I felt the breakfast could have been improved. |

The hotel, although very nice, is in the middle of nowhere... Unless you're going to Mugello circuit or the golf course do not choose to stay there. |

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and made reservations for us at the Accademia and Uffizi, as well as restaurants around the city. |

The hotel was in an excellent location; the room was comfortable and clean; the breakfasts were delicious and extensive; and the staff was simply the best. They had numerous suggestions for restaurants, which were exactly what we were seeking; they accepted deliveries for us; they called taxis. Internet access was easily available in the lobby. |

The room was nice, although quite small. The staff was excellent as well as the breakfast the walls were paper thin and can hear everything happening next door and outside |

the spa, steam room and sauna where excellent, in a basement made from sandstone. very fast internet, and excellent choice of tv stations which can be watched in english as well. a miracle compared to other places we have stayed. the room was very small, hard to move around. the bathroom was awful, very hard to move in the shower, could hardly fit in there. the sink to wash your hands in only had a cold water tap. the airconditioning/heating system could only be controlled and modified through reception. if i went back, i would only book the most expensive room, i think it's a suite. |

The mixture of modern and boutique atmosphrer is absolutely sensational, and it's just few hundred meter from Duomo. Special thanks to the hospital receiptionest, Massimo, who proactively helped us with creative way rearrrange our trip and make it to "The Mall". He made my day :) |

Location Terrible service, They failed no waking me up at time asked. Failed with room service. Very small room and lot of noises from corridor. A/C minimum and maximum are regulated centrally. SPA flooded and not usable. Poor breakfast (no natural orange juice in a 4star hotel?) |

1) Worse staff ever, made us pay for an extra night because the receptionist who knew that we will check out early ( 2 nights before) forgot to leave a message, and when we spoke to him, he said "i didn't know you had reservation for 2 more nights, i forgot to check the computer", by that time we have already paid for a hotel in Milan. They ruined our vacation.2)Over rated, hundreds of better hotels |
