Nice place, clean, modern. Staff didn't make a dinner reservation on our anniversary; very disappointing. There was no bar soap. Our bed was two twins pushed together; very uncomfortable. |

This hotel has location, location, location! You have a great view of the dome of the duomo from the top floor. It is only a five minute walk from the Uffizi museum and the Ponte Vecchio. I could not have asked for a better location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were on the inner couryard so there was no street noise. The breakfast was good but not extravagant. The staff was helpful is showing some of the less know sites to see. If you want a place that is comfortable and convenient when visiting Florence, this is the place to stay. The only two complaints I have is the staff was slow in getting some extra pillows we asked for, like the next day and two requests later, and the air conditioning did not cool the room very quickly |

Very friendly receptionist at check in. Helpful porters, chambermaid, waiter and waitress. Beautifully designed room and bathroom, if a little tight on space. Lovely art pieces throughout. Great air conditioning. Our experience at check out was less positive. We weren't asked if everything was alright for us, or whether we enjoyed our stay. While checking us out, the receptionist answered the phone twice and dealt with queries from other customers. As we had waited our turn to be served, we found this quite discourteous. However, this experience was an exception and would not turn me off staying there again. |

Staff was good, hotel was clean, beds were decent, breakfast was fine. So was overall good value for money. We had internet connection in our room.Location is also very nice - not loud but very central. Go to the Angel restaurant right down the street, one of the best dining experiences we had in Italy. I'd say 4 out of 5. Shower did not drain well, which was the second showed that did not drain on our trip so we weren't excited about it but that can be easily fixed. The gym at the hotel was not impressive, no free weights and such, so if you are hoping to have a decent workout, forget about it, however there is a sauna and hot tub. |

We liked everything! the location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and supported the special needs we had as we came along with our 16 months son, and the property is beautiful. It was difficult to drive there, GPS took us through pedestrian ways. We strongly suggest to call the hotel to ask them for directions before getting there. |

Great location, nicely decorated. Breakfast was lpentiful and tasty. You could organise massages, but they were done by an outide company and couldn't be charged to the room. The staff at reception were woefully uninformed about local things - they booked us on an incorrect tour and got the time of a local festival wron, causing us to miss it. |

Beautiful hotel, with very comfortable rooms & professional staff. It was very close to most places of interest; opposite the Bargello Museum. I particularly liked the interior design of the hotel. I felt the breakfast could have been improved. |

The hotel, although very nice, is in the middle of nowhere... Unless you're going to Mugello circuit or the golf course do not choose to stay there. |

The hotel was in an excellent location; the room was comfortable and clean; the breakfasts were delicious and extensive; and the staff was simply the best. They had numerous suggestions for restaurants, which were exactly what we were seeking; they accepted deliveries for us; they called taxis. Internet access was easily available in the lobby. |

the spa, steam room and sauna where excellent, in a basement made from sandstone. very fast internet, and excellent choice of tv stations which can be watched in english as well. a miracle compared to other places we have stayed. the room was very small, hard to move around. the bathroom was awful, very hard to move in the shower, could hardly fit in there. the sink to wash your hands in only had a cold water tap. the airconditioning/heating system could only be controlled and modified through reception. if i went back, i would only book the most expensive room, i think it's a suite. |

The mixture of modern and boutique atmosphrer is absolutely sensational, and it's just few hundred meter from Duomo. Special thanks to the hospital receiptionest, Massimo, who proactively helped us with creative way rearrrange our trip and make it to "The Mall". He made my day :) |
