Desk staff was outstanding. Restaurant was understaffed; head waiter was stressed, churlish and unresponsive. After an extraordinarily long wait and only after asking, starter and main came simultaneously. Several customers who had been seated after we had ordered, received their food and finished their meal before we were served. |

great place to stay! ambience, friendly helpful staff (in english), great food - dinner and breakfast. They were able to accomodate a late change in the date of our booking, as our new(!!) Peugeout lease car broke down on Mount Vesuvius and we needed to stay in Naples for a few days whilst it was being repaired |

Tranquillità, cucina e gentilezza del personale. Non pensavo di pagare le bottiglie d'acqua. In tutti gli hotel da me visitati 2 bottiglie di acqua al giorno erano dovute. |

L'accueil du jeune personnel féminin. La situation dans un joli village ancien des Crete Senesi. La cuisine , assez quelconque , comparée à celle de n'importe quel autre restaurant de la région de Sienne. |

Hotel ist sauber, Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, es gibt kein deutsches TV, Zimmer über Eingang sind laut - Fazit: für 1-2 Nächte kann man das Hotel gut empfehlen. Allerdings könnte man mit etwas mehr Engagement seitens der Führung einen Kleinod daraus machen. Frühstück besteht aus Zwieback, altem Weißbrot und abgepackter Marmelade, kein Käse, keine Wurst |

Nydelig beliggenhet. Flott spisesal hvor vi spiste middag første kvelden vi bodde der. Maten og noe av personalet i spisesalen var ikke på høyde med resten av hotellet. Frokosten var dårligere enn forventet. |

Originalité de la situation de l'hotel. Restaurant sur place correct mais il n'est pas difficile de trouver alentours. Accès à Sienne assez rapide tout en profitant du calme de la campagne. Petit déjeuner plutôt pas terrible. Chambre petite. |
