La posizione strategica in centro città. Biancheria letto pulita. Era stato promesso parcheggio macchina interno custodito a pagamento ma non esiste affatto!! Hanno mentito sull'esistenza del parcheggio (erano stati previamente contattati telefonicamente per conferma) e abbiamo dovuto perdere tempo per trovare una sistemazione sicura all'auto a 1 Km di distanza! Mancanza totale di accessori da bagno,scarico doccia intasato da sporcizia. Colazione vergognosa. |

Trevligt bemötande och trevlig personal även om engelskspråkigheten kanske hade vissa brister. Hotellet såg mycket schabbigt ut från utsidan men var väldigt trevligt och fräscht när man väl kom in. Härlig takterass där man kunda vila och njuta av solen. Viss röklukt på rummet. Vi trodde vi hade kommit överens om att få frukost i påse att ta med pga tidig avresa samt hjälp med förbeställning av taxi. Frukosten kom till rummet 1 timme för tidigt (03.20) och det fanns ingen taxi kl 5 på morgonen när vi skulle åka. Men det berodde troligen bara på viss språkförbistring. |

La localizacion. Esta cerca del puerto para coger el ferry. El hotel es No Fumador, con un gran signo en la entrada. Aun asi, el personal del hotel estaba fumando sin importarles que nos quejaramos respecto al humo que se colaba por la puerta de la habitacion (la cual estaba muy cerca de recepcion). |

Das Zimmer, die Betten, die Terrasse Das Frühstück. Dagegen war der Kaffee - besser gesagt - der morgendliche Espresso und der Caffe latte sehr gut. |

Marianca, Ines et Anna sont tres serviables. Le portier de nuit sait mal l'italien et il est difficile d'obtenir de lui des informations ou de conseils. Le quartier n'est vraiment pas très acceulliant et l'exterieur de l'hotel est presque repugnant (graffiti, abimé). Une fois à l'interieur et monté l'escalier c'est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est tres tres simple. |
