The hotel is one of the most beautifull hotel in witch I was the personnel is very nice but not qualified

The spa is not in the same area that the indoor pool. You have to go outside and in the afternoon it is cold and everybody get sick. The meal in the restaurant is not good and very expensive. We have to wait 30 to 40 minutes every morning to have one tea at the breackfast... One evening, the cleaning lady didn't clean our room and the other evening, they came at 10pm to clean it... I never saw that before in a such luxury hotel...

EVERYTHING. It really is amazing. The staff will do anything and everything to make you feel like royalty, they never intrude and are always there when you need them. The hotel itself is stunning and the two beach clubs the rocky one and the sandy one are both great if you really need to leave the hotel at all. I can't wait to go back.

It is very tranquil as the design is stunning.the staff are lovely but not at levels such as four seasons. the food is in general good but easy things like soft poached eggs (i know its trivial) but out of 6 attempts one was good?? the pool areas are nice but we were under the impression that there was a younger persons pool area (under 12) but many parents took no notice of this, even though the young persons area was lovely and large. the bedroom maids were all very friendly and serviced the rooms very well. all in all i would recommend this hotel very highly and would go back for a short break in the future.

Breathtaking experience. Real natural enviroment. Delicious food of the Mediterranean diet. They make you feel "coccolato" Upon arrival they take care of your car, your luggage (in the room before you) and you gest. Green hills, blue sky, torquose see, white of the stones of the resort, red and jellow of flowers a variegated world of colors. Experience to be raccomanded.

Les enfants se sont ennuyés et ne sont pas toujours les bienvenus (exemple de la piscine - le bruit est interdit - plage horaire reservée aux adultes )

très bel établissement tant au niveau de l'architecture que du et des services proposés Agréable même en hiver ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ....

Tout est merveilleux : les bâtiments, la décoration, l'éclairage et l'odeur des bougies, les piscines, la qualité du lit, la salle de bain avec baignoire et douche double, le bar, le petit déjeuner, le personnel : un véritable paradis !

Afgelegen ligging. Moet echt zoeken om het te vinden. Wij arriveerden in de vroege middag. Het duurde erg lang eer iemand de toegangspoort openmaakte.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza Deluxe. La struttura e le stanze sono spettacolari.

Sono considerati estra molti servizi che ci si aspetterebbe di trovare inclusi in un hotel a questa tariffa. Gli extra inoltre hanno prezzi spropositati e non giustificabili anche nell'ottica dell'ottimo servizio fornito.

La professionalità del personale e l'eleganza della struttura. Spa meravigliosa.

Mi è stata attribuita una camera deluxe con vista mare ma il mare lo si vedeva solo lateralmente. Ho chiesto se fosse disponibile avere una camera con vista diversa e mi è stato comunicato che purtroppo la room manager non era in hotel per cui non era possibile avere conferma. Ho pernottato tre notti in questo magnifico hotel ma non ho ricevuto notizie dalla reception nemmeno in terza giornata. Non sarebbe opportuno rendere il personale della reception indipendente nella gestione delle camere? Questa è l'unica lamentela che ho da fare, per il resto l'albergo è perfetto.

Struttura stupenda, tutto molto bello, personale cordiale ed efficiente. Stupendo il golf San Domenico e anche la spiaggia privata a Cala Masciola (con qualche pecca)

Neo della struttura secondo me è stata la gestione di Cala Masciola, di per se luogo stupendo con acque cristalline. Purtroppo un giorno a pelo d'acqua galleggiavano oggetti vari (una retina, un sacchetto etc). Basterebbe poco per ripulire con un retino la caletta. Il servizio del ristorante (Cala Masciola) troppo lento e molto impreciso, il cameriere solo dopo 3 volte ha servito ciò che era stato ordinato! Il resto era perfetto!

Goed 5* hotel met een heel goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Mist evenwel maturiteit en kwalititeit voor een tophotel te worden. Goede ligging voor het verkennen van Puglia. Mooie design, uitzonderlijk concept. Strand infrastructuur is uitstekend. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, maar wagen is noodzakelijk.

Cullinair stelt het hotel niet veel voor. Wagen noodzakelijk.

La cortesia degli addetti al porterage e alla reception mi ha colpito in maniera positiva sin dal primo momento. L'efficienza e rapidità del servizio di consegna bagagli in camera , nonchè la precisione nella descrizione di come utilizzare luci , Keycard e orari servizi ...La pulizia di tutta la struttura (avendo dei figli piccoli ci tengo in particolar modo) è impeccabile.I Responsabili della sala colazione , nonchè tutti I camerieri di sala , cortesi , efficienti e rapidi..mi è stato persino recapitato il biberon dimenticato in sala ristorante alla reception al momento del c/out.La cornice in cui questa struttura è inserita è in assoluta armonia con il paesaggio circostante.

Un seul mot : Extraordinaire ! Allez-y. Tout est parfait. Dans les moindres détails. Y compris le restaurant. Vaut le prix. Spa nouvellement ouvert vaut vraiment le détour.

Posto veramente incantevole. L'intera struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e arredata con estremo gusto. Lo staff si è dimostrato veramente cortese e attento alle nostre ncessità. Le camere sono fatastiche! Pulite, spaziose, ben arredate, tecnologiche; letto comodissimo; bagno ben organizzato con due lavandini, vasca, doccia e servizi a parte. Buona la cena, anche se con prezzi non proprio modici. Bella e funzionale la spa, dotata di sauna, bagno turco e saletta relax divisi per uomini e per donne. Ben arredate e strutturate le cabine adibite ai trattamenti e massaggi! Professionale il personale adibito! Presente anche una sala fitness. Molto bella la zona del borgo, dove è stato ricreato un piccolo centro storico paesano e dove è possibile alloggiare. Le camere sono indipendenti e si sviluppano in piccole abitazioni a piano terra o al primo piano. Presenti 3 piscine, tutte ben curate e di facile accesso. Sicuramente ci ritornerò!
