Borgo Le Terrazze

Geräumige Zimmer, angenehme Betten, freundlicher Service, gratis Parken, ein fantastischer Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Wir hatten zwei Babies dabei. Die bestellten Babybettchen standen bei Ankunft im Zimmer, alles nach Wunsch. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder dort einquartieren.

Der gekachelte Fußboden könnte teilweise mit Teppichen barfußfreundlicher gemacht werden. Da man im Prinzip Selbstversorger ist stand in der Küchenzeile kein Spülmittel zur Verfügung. Ich denke, die paar Tropfen Spüli könnten bereitgestellt werden.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel was incredibly adorable and with an awesome view on mountains and lake.. All was just absolutely brilliant!!! Deffinitely would want to came here again!

At the time of our visit, it was quiet and peaceful and just what we needed for a comfortable short stay.The room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the lake.The heating and ventilation controls were easy to operate and worked well. The staff were very helpful.

Not a complaint as such but an observation on the facilities in the room. It would have been helpful to have a mirror in the bedroom and perhaps the TV in the sitting room. Although the self catering kitchen area was well equipped with everything needed, coffee or tea making items( coffe/tea/sugar/milk) would have been appreciated for arrival. It would also have been nice to have an information pack in the room on the areas facilities/eating pleaces/ferry timetables etc.

We loved the idyllic setting...situated near Lake Como. The staff were most helpful and the hotel was very clean.

The facilities were magnificent at Borgo le Terrazze. We had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains.

fantastic lakeview from the room balcony. nice cozy room and again with a very superb view! the staff are very friendly although one of them who was there most of our stay could not speak english so it was rather hard to communicate but we still managed!

its location from the bellagio city center, if you did not have a car, you'll need to depend on the hotel service which sends you/pick you from the town. They do provide the service but it would be much more convenient if you had your own car. the hotel breakfast choice is very limited and they do not have lunch/dinner which means you must travel into the city for your meals.

The hotel is about 5mins drive from Bellagio. Without a car, it would have been very difficult to get the town centre even though there is a bus (very infrequent - every 2 hours) which stops right outside the hotel. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service between the hotel and the town centre on request, which is a great service.This hotel is brand new and has modern decoration with a great view of the lake. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom could have been a bit more functional e.g. a glass shower screen. Otherwise, a very big bathroom.

The room was very big, clean, huge balcony and amazing views. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Will def be staying again when back in Lake Como

No it was great, the only problem (though not really) was it was slightly out of town, about a 30min walk. But they do drive you in and pick you up from town for free. Make sure you get a taxi when arriving with your luggage as the road is very tight with hills and blind corners and no path to walk on.

The rooms were very contempory. Floor to ceiling windows and terrace that overlooked the lake and the moutains which you could see from your bed. Very clean, very comfortable bed and linens

The main staff spoke very little English (but very sweet). The hotel is outside of town so if you didn't have a car it might be a bit of an inconvience to take there shuttle...we did so no big deal and being out of town meant better value for money and better views (higher up the mountain).

As a solo traveller the warm welcome and daily friendliness made the difference to my stay. Helene goes out of her way to make all guests feel at home and offers maps and suggestions readily. The scenery from the rooms is magnificent and expansive. The pool is clean and inviting.

Only applicable for those without cars. The walk to town takes about 30 minutes which was fine but not safe to walk back at night. Hotel shuttle service finishes very early at 9pm and taxis charge exorbitantly for the short distance. Suggest to extend the shuttle option service to 1030pm.
