The staff were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and nicely presented. Easy to catch the bus into the centre of Rome.
The bed was a little hard but that is down to personal taste. The fan heating was a bit noisy.
Quality of property Kitchen and onsite washer/dryer Very friendly and helpful staff Close to bus stations Close to grocery stores Great value for money Everything in good condition
Nothing to dislike
What a quiet nice place to stay. It was like it's own little area and you felt very safe. If you drive, your car is locked behind a gate and you don't have to worry about it at all. Just minutes from a main street where you can catch the bus and be in the middle of Rome in about 20 minutes. Internet was decent enough but like so many places in Europe could be intermittent. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had and looked up locations for us.
It was confusing to find - we drove and our GPS had us at another hotel and did not recognize that the hotel was located directly behind where we were. It would have been nice to have had a map of the local area to indicate where grocery shops were at :)
We loved the space and the separation between living room and kitchen. Although it's far away from city centre, there's a very good supemarket (Simply) nearby and lots of buses. Train station (Trastevere) is at a 10 min walk.
It was very difficult to find the place. It's not in the main street and there are no good indications to it. The room smelled like urine and there was dust everywhere. The kitchen table was greasy and so was the sofa. Lots of mosquitoes flying around and smashed in the walls. Cleanliness is not its best feature. Looks like a very nice place but lacks maintenance and cleanliness.
The apartments are fairly clean nice spacious rooms, with average dinning and living spaces. Parking is safe and secure.
Due to the weather, the Airconditioning was not on and with the windows open, there was a serious mosquito problem. I did not get a good night rest. Wifi was down during our stay.
Nice building; spacious studio; cooking facilities; good wi-fi; nice running/walking routes around the river.
Mosquitoes in the room, which I got rid of; location is a bit far from old town. However, that was fine with me.
The address provided on booking.com is not their physical address, making it hard to find. The reception stated that they'd asked booking to correct the address with no result yet.
The location was ideal as you could walk or take a bus to the city centre . The apartment was cleaned every 2days, as we stayed a week, the location was in a quiet part of suburb of Rome. We found a perfect restaurant near by called piccolo Borgo, that was so good we ate there every night.
The apartment walls are very thin so you can hear other residents.
Stay here! Bus 170 nearly at your doorstep takes you to Piazza Venezia, although it may be a bit of a wait after you've walked for hours during the day.
Niente! Be prepared to protect yourself from mosquitoes.
The apartment was spacious and the staff was friendly and very helpful. If you plan to stay and cook note that they do have some cookware, but do not expect a full kitchen set, only essentials. Do not feel discouraged when you see the surrounding neighborhood. It might take some out of their comfort zone when they see the graffiti and abandoned factory next to the property, but at no point did we feel unsafe. If your blood is not too blue for public transportation, the area is a 20 minute bus ride (1.50 Euro) directly to Piazza Venezia which will put you in the center of some of the most sought after sites in Rome (Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.) We did take a taxi back one night from the center and it cost 15 Euro. I would stay again for sure.
It is not a dislike for me personally but the area is definitely an everyday neighborhood in Rome with squatters in the factory next door and daily hustle and bustle on the main street nearby. If you are expecting grand views and the usual "tourist safety bubble" then this is not the place for you.
nice ambiance closeness to my venue
very noisy guests
Clean, spacy, friendly staff and reception, comfortable, safe.
Location; it's not easily accessible with public transport, area is not that nice (not bad or dangerous, just not interesting).
Wifi connectivity was good , location is also nice.
- Air conditioner was not working, they promised to sent technican but no one came. - In Kitchen has limited facilities, like there was no dish washer and even oven / microwave was not working.
+ The idea to transform nice old buildings that can offer apartments. + The original design of apartments and their furnishing. + Walking distance to Trastevere station, from which you can easily reach the historic monuments in Rome.
- The bathroom was not clean; there were limescale and mould stains all over the shower walls. - The kitchen was not clean; the cooking plate was covered with grease. The kitchen was also extremely underequipped. - The disturbance from the stuff; for instance: they intruded to get some measurements in the kitchen while we have been preparing the lunch. - The beds were awful; worn out and squeaky. - They didn’t offer any coin change despite that the machines in the laundry were working only on coins. - The closest neighbourhood is not nice; mainly used by the locals as the “dog’s toilette”. - With a small touch of effort, better attitude to guests, better cleaning and maintaining this property could be a nice choice, but in current conditions I would not recommend it to anyone.
Location was okay, a bit difficult to find the place but we managed :) the apartment was clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. Good value for money!
I would appreciate more kitchen stuff
clean, silent nights but shops and restaurats, markets, sport facilities gives options for activities. You can get to the citycenter with cheap local bus. The stuff speaks languages.
the kitchen is very poor.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with parking, close to bus stop, 10mins to central Rome. Very nice buildings and large apartment, felt safe and secure. Clean and with a good shower.
Kitchen was a bit under-equipped: no kettle and few cooking utensils.
Great for access into visits to Rome, easy bus route. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean.
i can recomend that apartments. Stuff is Avery GOOD and helpfull. Avery GOOD place to stały in Rome.
I'm delighted by the fact that when we came back to the apartmant the dishes were clean and we left them dirty when we went out.
There should have been a larger number of dishes to choose from.
outside the city centre
Even if the residence is quite new, our sofa was in very poor situation and air conditioning was not working. Also a microwave is missing in the equipment.
The studio was perfect and huge the reception was helpful to us...like the kitchen its very helpful to budget people like us because we can cook.all in all we are satisfied and had a great leisure in Italy.
Quite, nice location to reach city center
Clean apartment. Friendly staff. Even though its slightly far (25 min) from the centre, its pretty well connected.
Squeaky bed. Kitchen is not well equipped.
