Great location, great apartment, clean, modern, quiet, private, authentic, and only steps away from the Vatican, Castel Sant' Angelo, and walking distance to all of the awe inspiring sights (the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc). We are definitely coming back!
Wonderful feel to the apartment. Large living space with all the amenities required. Close to the Vatican and situated in a neighbourhood with wonderful restaurants, shopping and gelataria! Friendly and helpful staff. Grocery store (Despar) is close by.
Surprisingly for quite a large apartment, the bathroom is tiny and you cant really bend down to shave your legs (according to my wife) or pick up the soap in the small shower cubicle. The wifi also tends to drop signal quite readily and you have to re-authenticate quite regularly. These aspects did not detract from our stay which was close to perfect.
Amazing location, great staff and nice to have all that space since we had a party of 6.
Internet speed was a little slow
Locaation is excellent, a quite street within short or manageable walking distance to most sites. A very good restaurant with reasonable prices just nearby - called Mama
Very basic level of comfort although clean enough
My wife and I did a one night stop over with our four children, at short notice to visit Rome. Being self contained in an apartment was so much nicer than being split between two hotel rooms, which is normally the case. Our apartment was really big and very well equipped. The hotel is right near the Vatican and local bus stops, so easy to get around and see the sights. There are plenty of restaurants and local shops, so catering wasn't a problem. The apartment had a welcome pack which included lots of details of good places to eat, etc, which allowed us to find out feet quickly in a strange city. The staff were also very helpful and provided plenty of suggestions for getting around. Loved it.
We drove to Rome and parking is definitely a bit tricky with no garage at the hotel. We knew this in advance so researched before we arrived and found a secure parking garage 10 mins walk away,
Our apartment was very spacious and I loved the Italian flooring. It gave it an authentic feel. Awesome view of Bascillica spire. What really did it for us was that we could leave our luggage in a locked room after we had checked out, go out for the day and come back to the hotel to cool down in the hotel lounge, have a shower, make use of the computers, check emails on the free wifi and leave quite relaxed in the afternoon for our next leg in our travels.
Can't really think of anything, perhaps that is was one of our more expensive accommodations during our stay. Having said that you do pay for location and facilities and we certainly did get that for our money.
location,staff available and helpfull,
not a thing
Location Space in apartment
Ants on apartment No wine glasses
* Great location so saved on taxi and metro * Laundry very handy * Apartment was a good size
* Wifi average * Beds a little hard
Practically everything !
The wifi would not connect sometimes
Fantastic central location to tourist attractions; very spacious sized apartments which is rare in europe! And all the facilities were perfect, including the air conditioning. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding streets also.
Location was near to everything-grocery, Vatican, Castel d St. Angelo. Staff were excellent-very helpful. Liked that there was a laundry facility.
Great apartment, shops and restaurants close by, central to all the tourist sites and very convenient to the Vatican.
Friendly staff. Big rooms.
It had a laundry room. Very near to the Vatican.
We stayed for 8 nights and apartment was not cleaned on 6th day as stated it would be. We had to pay for fresh towels.
Was clean functional comfortable......staff was helpful
The tariff should have been less (or may be it was peak tourist season) The hotel was close to the Vatican but really far from central storico commute to other places of interest was a lot
There was nothing NOT to like!!! Everything was excellent and our stay was superb! In particular, Pascuale (Admin Office) was A1 - extremely helpful and flexible. Location was fantastic, with great restaurants/shops close-by. Laundry facilities were invaluable (especially travelling with young children, as we were).
Nothing to dislike! We´d stay there again without a second thought.
Excellent location near to Vatican and Eating Places, Shops, etc. Nice to have the quiet terrace, although view was nothing great!
Lift was out of order on arrival, although to be fair was fixed by lunchtime next day. A little pricey compared to better places I've stayed at before. Obviously you paid for the location, which was why we chose this Aparthotel. Kettle and T.V Remote didn't work. Replaced Remote's batteries with my own ones!
Master bed reasonably comfortable, shower and air conditioning worked well, sheets and towels were clean
Wi fi extremely slow, kept disconnecting. Maps provided by office werent very good and didnt have location of apartment marked on them. Kitchen should have had dishtowels, paper towels. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Blankets looked dingy, as did cots that kids slept in. Floors look dingy too, which brings down the appearance of the apartment, even tho bathroom and kitchen has been redone
It had everything that one can think of, including a 24 hour computer room and washing machines.
Since the hotel is located in a lane, it is probably better to book the hotel transfer from airport than take city taxis, who sometimes drop off in a nearby lane. Also, wish they had a printer in the computer room as that would make it complete. I had to print an important message, and had to go near Termini Station to get it printed ! Internet is slow.
Great value for a family of 4! Great location near the Vatican. Clean with excellent free wifi in the room.
Quiet, roomy and good facilities
- Location - Size of appartment - Interiour - AC - Bathrooms
- WiFi didn't work last day at all, was very slow before - No common area - Language knowledge of staff
The staff was really helpful and into details. They even walked us to a couple of small restaurants and mini-supermarkets close by.We'd definitely return.
It was a very affordable and convenient place. We were greatest and facilitated. Free Wifi really helped. Hop in out busses were 5 minutes walk away and so was St Peters and Vetican Apartment was pretty descent size with all eminities. Felt home
Room cleaners would have been a great help
