There are signs indicating the location all over the city , easy to find, nice garden, friendly staff, gave excellent reccomendations for dinner.

- Parking fee
Our first stop. The room was not fancy but was adequate. Not much near there. We ate dinner in their restaurant. It was nice. Breakfast was good. No fresh fruits or fresh juices. Bread, pastries, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs. Good coffee.
The area did notbhave much to offer. Could not walk to anything near.
The breakfast was good with excellent service. We ate dinner at the hotel and that was excellent as well. It had an elevator.
The room was old and dated. We had a balcony but the metal furniture was very dirty and had webs all over it, so we couldn't use it. The shower was very small and leaked water all over the floor.
Great reception, even though late arrivals. Kitchens alerted and served us good regional dishes.Daytime setting superb. Within its own boundaries, the garden was full of exotic trees and shrubs.
Directions to find hotel massively problematic.you end up on narrow, busy road on wrong side of roundabout.Dangerous, difficult and stressful. Got there in the end BUT this needs correcting. Receptionist says its a frequent occurrence.....
Room is large enough 2 teraces
Really hard to find with gps. The address should be looked for is Via San Nullo 9. At least this would get You to the right side of the roundabout.
The room was clean and the shower was good. The staff was friendlY.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired as did the evening meal. Half the items on the menu you were not available. The hotel was not close to any site unless you had a car and knew where you were going.
Air conditioned rooms. Moderate cost. Friendly staff. Clean.
Swimming pool not usable. Parking very difficult. Breakfast limited, not fresh juice and tinned fruit. No tea or coffee making facility in the bedrooms. Nothing around the hotel by way of bars, restaurants etc. No lounge. Gardens very nice but nowhere to sit out.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is not too far from the center of Catania, and in a quiet place. Confortable room.
The receptionist was excellent. Helped me to re-arrange transport to Napoli after my flight was cancelled. Overall felt at home at the hotel :) will def be back
The pool was not open :( & it was very hot!!
Lovely hotel, really nice staff, we arrived late and hadn't gone to an atm thinking we could eat at the hotel. Because we arrived late it wasn't possible so the staff bought us an excellent pizza and we paid them back the next day.couldn't get better service.
Was a bit hard to find, the satnav instructions didn't get us quite there and arriving at night made it difficult, but that said, the guy on reception did a great job guiding us in when we were lost.
everything. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
.Clean and renovated rooms Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
-Far from city center not easy to find.
The positive side were: nice and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, big variety at the breakfast and good food at the restaurant, nice palms around (but just from the new room!).
We were very disappointed. The room we got (which might be usually given to the people from Booking.com) was awful. The balcony was small and it looked to the back wall and some big concrete box and there were two dry palms around. The air-condition system was noisy, as well as the toilet tank. (We had to close the door of the bathroom to be able to sleep.) The top of the toilet was moving it was horrible to sit on it. It would need just a screwdriver to pull it in a minute. The head of the shower was full of scale, it was very disgusting. We had to wait for at least 5 minutes (!) naked in the shower for the hot water. The noise from the street was big and annoying. This room was so bad that I asked for another room. The next day we got another room which was much better. There were no scale in the shower, the top of the toilet was OK, there were no noise from the bathroom, the terrace was bigger and had a nice view. But we had to wait for the hot water as well, the air-condition was also noisy, the noise of other guests from the corridor was as they were in our room – there were no sound-proofing at all. In the night the lamps in the garden were not working which was also disappointing. Darkness instead of the "accurate lightning". So this is not the place that I recommend. That’s all, sorry.
