ths staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Room was clean. large. Quiet area, not inside the old city but very close 10 minutes walk to the old city |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very accomodating (despite a slight language barrier), the rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom in the room was very spacious and spotless and the location was perfect for walking into town for shopping and dining. It is also a five minute walk to the train station for ventures into Milan. |

Contrary to the first reaction from the lobby, which is rather poor, the rooms are suprisingly big and confortable. Excellent value for money The lobby area needs rennovation. |

Nothing especially mentionable. Nice staff. Hotel was a little disappoinment. Three star -hotel with a two star standards and four star pricing. No minibar, narrow breakfast. |

friendly and polite staff, very helpful. Great breakfast, quiet location with great local pizzerias/trattorias. Immaculate rooms. Away from the centre of town which suited us. (20 minute walk). Close to railway station. Would not hesitate to stay again. |

Friendly staff and extremely close to train station Como San Giovanni Maybe a litlle further than I wanted from centre of Como but not really an issue as easy walking distance. |
