Nem lehet megállni a szálló előtt, csak pénzért, de kb 50 méterre van egy -napközben fizetős- parkoló, ez csak az olyan kényelmes embereknek gond, mint én...

The hotel is very centrally located in Como. Suggest that you pre-reserve parking which is limited outside the hotel. Staff are very helpful and even let us use the internet at the desk to print out a flight checkin. Internet is free in the rooms. Design is very artistic and together with beamed ceilings gives a cozy romantic feel., Rooms are warm and heating stays on throughout the nightunusual in Italy! Quiet restful dark rooms

Location to train station.

Very noisy room on street side. Staff could have notified us that country was going off daylight savings time. Forunately the clocks were moved back otherwise we would have missed all rail connections. The next hotel we checked into that day had signs posted about time change .

Excellent staff service as well as location and facilities. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will stay there again.I would have preferred ironing facilities although there was a nearby laundry shop.

I liked everything about the hotel.Its location was great and it was a few minutes walking distance from the station, it would be helpful to put signs/directions to the hotel.

A great place to stay, the hotel staff were always very helpful and friendly. The staff also spoke good English. The rooms very very clean and furnished to a good standard. The hotel has been totally refurbished in the past 12/18 months. The exterior of the hotel doesn't look appealing but don't let that put you off. We would certainly stay at the hotel again. within 100 metres there are 3 good places to eat, if you don't want to walk 15 minutes into the centre of Como.

the hotel is 10-15mins from the San Giovanni train station, also it's near the lake and the town center. the high speed free internet (thru a network cable) was very handy. my deluxe room was very spacious, it comes with an extra floor with a couch/bed, so the room can fit easily 3 people.

the deluxe room is isolated from the main hotel rooms, so it did not have an elevator, we had to drag our luggage over the stairs, nevertheless the staff did help us.

The area wasn't particularly nice, although there was only a short walk into town.

We had a great stay overnight. The staff were very helpful and even though they did not speak English and we did not speak Italian, they were patient enough to try to understand with sign language and a few words what we were trying to stay. We spent a week in an apartment down the road and on two occasions they phoned the taxi for us. We were very grateful.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very accomodating (despite a slight language barrier), the rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom in the room was very spacious and spotless and the location was perfect for walking into town for shopping and dining. It is also a five minute walk to the train station for ventures into Milan.
