The hotel's location is great. Breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. Bathroom was spacious and the power shower was excellent. The room was very small, staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful, especially the staff at breakfast. Metro passes under the building and the noise is very annoying.

Excellent location to visit the city, a lot of good restaurants in the nearby. We did not like breakfast and room. The breakfast is absolutely sad: there are not any vegetables; cheese and salami are probably the cheapest in the supermarket, soft drinks are chemical solutions. We arrived late in the evening, so they offered us a deplorable room in "the service area"; we had to spend there the first night, then we moved to an acceptable room (where the minibar was not working).

Proximity to attractions, train stations and metro. Also, good selection of English language television channels, including espn. Relatively inexpensive wi-fi. Plenty of hot water and a/C.

Good location. Close to the train station as well as several of the popular sights. Good value for the price per night. No place to sit to have a drink. Lobby is very small.

I like that it was near the Termini Station. This is the only hotel I stayed in during my Europe trip that did not have free use of wi-fi. Also, the front desk staff could be more friendly.

The location of the Borromeo Hotel is perfect for all the main Rome Tourist sites. It is very close to the colosseum. Staff were friendly enough. Tv in the room and you get sky news etc. Rooms were air conditioned and made the stay more pleasant. I would stay again but I'd look for something more reasonable in price first (if possible in the centre of Rome). I wasn't disappointed with the room. It was very clean and tidy and it met our needs well (family room). Although it was a City Centre hotel, I still think it was pretty pricey for what it was. The room was comfortable enough and the room facilities were ok. Could have done with tea and coffee in the room which would have made it nicer. Breakfast was pretty basic but ok. Only one liift which isn't particularly big so you might need more than one journey up and down if you have several bags. I just think £492 for three nights is expensive for a middle of the road hotel. I accept it was a family room and it was my decision to book and pay but I expected a bit more really. The location made up for what the hotel lacked.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast delicious. The location to the metro and Colosseum exceptional! The beds. You can sleep anywhere when you are exhausted from walking around the city of Rome. But, the extremely thin pillows and very firm mattresses did not make for a good night sleep.

Location is walkable to many attractions. The quadruple room had two bathrooms, very convenient with two children. Breakfast was good. Upon check-in the man that checked us in was very rude. Very bad first impression. He also was not helpful or knowledgable about anything (especially transportation). However, at check out the gentleman working at the time was very helpful. The street noise is very loud. Our room smelled like sewer and the only air conditioning was in the lobby. Beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel is very clean and nice.It has really good position to the main things in Rome. Only 10 minutes walk to Colosseo and Foro Romano, 5 minutes walk to Termini metro and train station. There are a lot of good restaurants within 5 minutes from the hotel. - A hotel tiszta és igényes. Közel van a nevezetességekhez, 10 percnyi sétára a Colosseumtól és a Forum Romanumtól. A Termini metro és vonat állomás 5 percnyire van. Sok étterem elérhető 5 percen belül a hoteltől.

I had , unfortunately, th unhappy experience of being charge3d 35 Euro per day extra bbecause of a mistake in assigning an extra bed to our room.As soon as we came our room was changed to one without the extra bed. The hotel fees had been prepaid to an agent and we are at this time still waiting for a 175 Euro (35x5) The man in charge at the desk at checkout gave us the name and Email of the owner. We are now awaiting the refund

It is a "true" good hotel, not something obtained rearranging a couple of flats in a block (which is quite common in that zone of Rome). Close to train station and metro. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was small but nice and clean, wide bathroom. Breakfast was quite varied. I had a goog price discount on Booking site, but the common hotel rates are expensive for the service
