Breakfast was good Helpfull staff
We had no wi fi in the room Room was very small
perfect localisation, clean & tidy rooms, good service, nice breakfast
no conection to wi-fi
We found bedbugs in the room 104., and checked out at the first night immediately. We must move to an other hotel at the middle of the night at 0:30- 3:00 Am, it was a prepayed booking, we lost our money for the two nights, there was no refund. BEWARE!
This hotel was so convenient, we walked everywhere. Would stay there again.
The only downside was the size of the bedroom, it was very small. However, the location made up for this.
great price great breakfast cleanliness of rooms staff all friendly and helpful especially Igor
Great location - easy walking distance to Termini and Colosseum. Room cleaned every day. Breakfast was great - large variety and everything was delicious. Made for a great start to the day! Reception staff were always kind and helpful.
Wifi was very temperamental. Door wouldn't always fully lock.
The hotel did wrongly announce that they can accept handicapped people but it was not correct and refused to refund our money. Very very bad behaviour!!!!
location, breakfast, helpful front desk staff
room for family with three kids was okay but third single bed was in the bedroomvs the sitting room like the other two - was okay but just so people are aware of this configuration
Location, WiFi free of charge, nice breakfast. Mr Gigi is top !
Smell in the bathroom and rather small bathroom, beds were hard. Allthough I've booked a family 4 people room, it was rather small. The closet was damaged and the room was poorly cleaned.
The twin room had a lovely balcony which we were able to relax on after a very busy day seeing the sights of Rome. Staff were helpful and friendly but not pushy.
Double room was very compact.
Overall good hotel. Breakfast was great! Had scrambled eggs, ham, tons of options. Wi-Fi was fast when connected but it made you sign in each time you left and came back. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Only thing was beds were pretty firm and the shower drain was clogged, however the housekeeper fixed it quickly.
Well positioned just walking distance to the metro and the Colosseum. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice terrace.
Very tiny room, was a single with a double bed, just enough room to go around the bed. Single closet. No chairs. No room for the luggage The WiFi was dropping every few minutes. The toilet was leaking.
The staff were all very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Wifi connection didn't work in room and was spotty in lobby.
Great location and very helpful staff.
Found breakfast very average.
Nice breakfast with a great variety of food. Clean and gorgeously designed room. It was absolutely comfortable and guaranteed a nice rest after a day of long walk. Staff was helpful also. Definitely a place I will come back for.
The staffs were very friendly and polite. The men in concierge Gigi and Virgilio were really willing to help. Hotel is clean and in a great location.
Sometimes there are some strange smell from bathroom. Wifi is unstable in the room.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I will use this hotel again for both business and leisure.
Good service. Nice personnel.
Uncomfortable bed. Very bad wi-fi. Got a family room with extra beds even though we did not book that.
Location.Close to central railway station and subway. Decent and varied breakfast in a nice terrazza. Ample bathroom. Nice staff
Tiny room (even what is a double one). Very unreliable wifi kept disconnecting (worse if using Linux). Narrow lift could be tricky if you are in a group of 3 or more with suitcases. Underground train goes under the building but it is hardly noticeable. Ask for a quiet room, not facing the main road
Great hotel in a great location, minutes walk from the Forum/ palentine on one side and Trevi on the other. Quiet rooms and we even had our own roof terrace
very good locations, very friendly staff. Mr. Gigi is always available for help.
Bathroom was small and had some smell.
Reception staff helpful in organising our stay. Other staff pleasant. Enjoyable breakfast in roof terrace. Easy to get to Metro, Termini station & walk to Colosseum and Forum.
Did not like the first single room, claustrophobic & noisy - not value for what I paid as a single traveller. Had been promised quiet rooms on the 2nd floor. Not much storage space.
Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff, neat room.
Very small room, fridge did not work, loud italian talkshows on radio during breakfast, no WIFI connection in the morning.
Worth its price, great location close to Termini and the Colisseum
