Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ η διακόσμηση και το δωμάτιο, η πολυτέλεια, ήταν όλα προσεγμένα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση είτε πεζοί, είτε με λεωφορείο ή μετρό σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Τέλειο. Θα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να προσέξουν περισσότερο την συντήρηση και καθαριότητα των δωματίων γιατί δεν επιτρέπεται ένα ξενοδοχείο τέτοιας κλάσης να έχει κουρτίνες με κίτρινους λεκέδες και μπάνιο με μουχλα από υγρασία στους αρμούς της πανάκριβης ψηφίδας και τζακούζι γεμάτο άλατα στα υδραυλικά του. Ήταν μία λεπτομέρεια που ίσως κάποιοι δεν το προσέχουν αλλά για ξενοδοχείο τέτοιας κλάσης είναι απαράδεκτο |

The hotel is very pleasant and in a good location. The bar was a little expensive so good that they closed early! |

rooftop bar and restaurant were not open - which was rather disappointing. Also the room did not provide sufficient pamphlets or info about hotel services. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Room very clean and comfortable. Did not use spa or restaurant at hotel. Travelled with 9 month old child and both the hotel and everybody in Rome were extremely happy to see her where ever we went. |

Very trendy, upscale, quiet, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There were a number of things closed: the restaurant for dinner for a majority of our stay, the terrace restaurant with a view on the top of the building was closed, pool was closed a number of days. Proximity to tourist spots. first room smelled like smoke. staff did not have good nightlife recommendations (a top hotel should always have connections at top restaurants and nightclubs). |

The location was decent, some of the staff were very helpful (inc. Manager) This is by no means a 5 star hotel, at most 4. The hotel food was terrible and stale (1 star). Although after complaining to the manager at billing, they deducted the food. This really redeemed the hotel for us. |

the location - it's close to restaurants and the metro it is not worthy of a 5 star rating. the rooms are small and hotel staff not very friendly. the rate didn't include breakfast and the food was too expensive. the internet usage in the room is also too expensive and not even a business center with free internet. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est dans une rue très calme. Le design de l'hôtel est très intéressant. Les chambres très confortables et spacieuses. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant. A recommander. |

insonorizzazine camera e la cortesia dei ragazzi alla reception. A mio avviso è un 5 stelle solo per la presenza della SPA. Qualora non vogliate usufruirne, potreste anche optare per un 4 stelle (più economico), anche della stessa catena. Stanze poco luminose e con affaccio solo interno. |
