Centrally-located with many modern design features throughout the hotel. Some 4th floor rooms also have private balconies, great for an end-of-day relaxing drink.

As with all 5 star hotels, bar prices can be rather expensive.

We liked everything. Absolutely no complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a reasonable size and the location is pretty good. A short walk from the Termini and sights such as Trevi

The bed was uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was a bit "worn" and the bed was old with the springs sagging

Location was very good. My room was very large and spacious, however it was a corner room whereas my friends' rooms were cramped and tiny.

The staff seemed really cold and not very engaging and didn't appear to be enjoying their jobs. The reception didn't pick up the phone many times. They did not have complementary water bottles in the room!! My tub was not spotless when I got there. The airport shuttle was 70 Euros whereas regular cabs were 48 Euros -- the roads are good enough that you don't need to pay extra for the Mercedes and a driver that doesn't speak English or who lacks any interest in engaging with an excited visitor to Rome. Buffet breakfast was very light and mediocre for the money. Better value to walk to a coffee shop

Having stayed in this hotel on 2 previous occasions and in Boscolo hotels elsewhere I was appalled at the disgraceful room we were given. Heavy glass shower doors were not fixed at foot and as a result swung precariously on opening. One door came loose from top and staff had to secure it but left door loose at foot. TV was antiquated and had no satellite or English programmes. A 3* hotel has at least CNN. To call yourselves luxury is a false trade description. Finally the centre light in room could not be switched off resulting in a brightly lit bedroom. Only way we could sleep in room was to remove card and then there was no light available in bathroom if we got up during night

alle medewerkers waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam mbt iedere vraag die we voor hen hadden. met name de suggesties, aanbevelingen die je graag krijgt bij een stedentrip waren behulpzaam. de locatie is een aanrader.

let er op dat het 'zwembad' een koud bad is dat prettig is gecombineerd met de sauna. zwemmen is niet mogelijk.

Nous avons bcp aimé la déco, la surface de la chambre avec baignoire, la situation géo. Et surtout l'insonorisation des chambres, nous n'entendions aucun bruit le matin par ex. Nous avons pu réserver un massage le matin pour la fin de journée. Très bon niveau de services.

Il y avait une terrasse sur le toit que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser pour le petit déjeuner, dommage ! Nous ne pouvions pas arrêter la climatisation donc un peu froid parfois dans la chambre. Parfois le personnel un peu froid (tout dépendait de la personne).

Il design che caratterizza questo hotel è assolutamente unico. Sono rimasto davvero impressionato dall'arredamento e dall'ambiente che l'Aleph offre alla sua clientela.

La posizione è assolutamente privilegiata. Il design dell'hotel è splendido e I colori catturano immediatamente l'attenzione dei clienti. Molto accoglienti la sala lettura e la hall. Stanze ampie e ben tenute; molto buono anche il livello della pulizia della struttura. Personale all'altezza della struttura.

Ho apprezzato il design molto particolare che questa struttura propone: molto belli gli abbinamenti di colore e la scelta degli arredamenti di lusso. Anche le camere seguono colori ben precisi, mi è piaciuto molto il mosaico sulle tonalità blu e azzurre del bagno. Molto attrezzata e rilassante la spa. Personale cordiale e altamente qualificato.

Manca la connessione wifi nelle stanze, ma credo che la dirigenza si stia attrezzando per risolvere questa questione.
