Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu pelasi hienosti. Roomalainen kylpylä alakerrassa oli aivan mahtava. |

rooftop bar and restaurant were not open - which was rather disappointing. Also the room did not provide sufficient pamphlets or info about hotel services. |

Staff were extremly kind, friendly and helpful. It was during off season, I believe the rate could have been minimally lower. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Room very clean and comfortable. Did not use spa or restaurant at hotel. Travelled with 9 month old child and both the hotel and everybody in Rome were extremely happy to see her where ever we went. |

Very trendy, upscale, quiet, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There were a number of things closed: the restaurant for dinner for a majority of our stay, the terrace restaurant with a view on the top of the building was closed, pool was closed a number of days. No adjustment in price or alternative service was provided to compensate. The breakfast was not included in our rate and was a little pricy, a discount for being there for a week would have been ni |

Proximity to tourist spots. first room smelled like smoke. staff did not have good nightlife recommendations (a top hotel should always have connections at top restaurants and nightclubs). |

The location was decent, some of the staff were very helpful (inc. Manager) This is by no means a 5 star hotel, at most 4. The hotel food was terrible and stale (1 star). Although after complaining to the manager at billing, they deducted the food. This really redeemed the hotel for us. |

Bel hôtel très bien placé à 3mn du métro. Nous avons été surclassé en suite junior très grande (45m2). Mérite 4 étoiles mais pas la cinquième. Décoration moderne. Spa sympathique et reposant. Personnel accueillant et super efficace. Petit déjeuner pantagruélique à 20€ par personne. Prix du room service exorbitant même pour un 5 étoiles (50cl d'eau à 6€) Chambres sur rue mal insonorisées, et surtout ils louent le restaurant pour des soirées privées le samedi soir, nous avons demandé à dormir dans une autre chambre cette nuit la, ce qu'ils ont acceptés sur le champs. Les chambres standard sont petites (15m2). |

de locatie was goed hotel is ondermaats in frisheid en onderhoud en personeel, bar beneden is constant gesloten, lampen stuk, geen ontvangst, gasten moeten hun bagage zelf dragen. Ik vermoed dat het management zeer weinig ervaring heeft met het runnen van hotels. |

Sem dúvida o excelente atendimento dos funcionários, seguido da localização previligiada. O Hotel tem um ambiente diferente, que nos permite sentir especiais e únicos numa cidade encantadora. |

Le service était vraiment très bon. C'est vrai que j'ai noté que 'bon' pour la propreté mais je suis arrivée très tôt et donc la chambre a été nettoyé très rapidement pour que je puisse l'intégrer. Dès que je me suis plainte, ils l'ont nettoyé très rapidement. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est dans une rue très calme. Le design de l'hôtel est très intéressant. Les chambres très confortables et spacieuses. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant. A recommander. |
