Convenient location, the room, nice minimal design, friendly staff, not crowded, great breakfast.
1) My reservation with Booking never went through! We arrived in the hotel and we only stayed there because there was availability, otherwise we should have being looking for a room at 9 pm.. The Booking rep in Italy awarded us a... 20 euro coupon for the inconvenience, which in the end we never received!! Too bad, in London when we experienced a more serious problem, the response from Booking was fantastic. 2) In Monday and Tuesday there was heavy construction works IN the hotel and we had to wake up at 7:30. The noise was unbearable. The hotel management should have never let the rooms looking in the inside yard...
location, staff, and decorations
- small room - poor breakfast
Perfect location. Excellent hotel with very helpfull staff. The good thing for me that beeing true 5* the hotel is not overly formal
May be some descrepancy between hall and reception design vis-a-vis room's design
The location and facilities.
It wasn't clean and bad wifi
Location is great. Cleaniness , wonderful staff
Wifi is very poor and no phone network
Second time at the Boscolo Aleph. Really enjoyed it. Great hotel. Great staff. Didn't try restaurant as there are so many great places to eat in Rome. Would come back and definitely recommend
The yong guy at receipeint during check out was very bad
Great location, excellent facilities, you don't get many hotels with indoor swimming in the centre of Rome.Highly recommended.
We had a bad experience with one rude waiter in the breakfast room. Also bathroom tiles were loose or missing and shower was full of mold.
Great location and couldn't fault the service or the room.
Very overpriced for what it is - two twin beds pushed together to make a queen at 400 euros a night???
lovely staff, great location, quick to resolve any minor issues that arose
decor is fading a little. bathroom taps etc are worn, mirrors tarnished, shower doors not clean (in fairness they are poor design and difficult for the staff to clean) Had to call reception to get shower door fixed as it was hanging off and dangerous
location is good, Employee is nice. it's easy to find the hotel. the internet is ok.
Very pleasant staff spoke English and gave us great info on places to visit and tours to take. Also really appreciated the afternoon/evening staff that checked on us to see if we needed fresh towels or a anything else.
Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Television in room did not offer subtitles in English or the option to change audio language to English (even on US based programs) If the TV was capable the staff did not know how to accommodate our request. BBQ on the roof was a nice idea but too expensive.
The Decore and Location near the Main Street
Wonderful staff at the entrance and reception. Tasteful room Decor. Very Clean hotel. Spacious room. Great location in a quite street just off the Via Veneto. Spa and wellness facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. The roof terrace great although poor airconditioning on the terrace.
Breakfast was expensive so we opted out and ate at resturants plenty just 2 mins walk from hotel. No tea or coffee in the room!
Service was excellent
Small rooms, overall more like a 4* hotel I would say.
Location and breakfast
Constant interruption from housekeeping staff to check the mini bar, turn down the bed. Was only in the hotel for 1 day and tried on numerous occasions to get an iron and was told only one available in hotel and it was in use. Not 5 star.
Comfiest bed we've ever slept in
Need to sort the WiFi access so that you don't get locked out after your first login. A code for each room would be better
The location The decoration Staff very friendly
No drinking water in the room
Amazing staff and service. Great location and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Not the cheapest but then this is Rome.
Amazing hotel can see why this is a 5 star no issues friendly staff loverly location ofr a magical city. If your thinking of going dont look anywhere else this hotel is the one.
The hotel is in a great location - plenty of things to walk to and the Barberini metro stop a few steps away for others (no escalator at this stop). We needed to request a room change and they could not have been more helpful. Lovely room, nice amenities for shower etc, friendly staff, and very clean.
It is a bit pricey, and the breakfast charge is excessive - Euros 30 per person, but that is easily fixed with an Italian breakfast in a nearby bar.
