The second room we got was lovely, hotel location was good. Breakfast was very good, in a pretty room.Staff is very nice. The hotel needs to renovate. The web site pictures do not correctly display the condition of the rooms. They are "tired". We had to move out of the first room-dirty looking & the sofa had a hugh burn mark! |

Très bon personnel accueillant, parlant de plus français.Situation géographique idéale, en plein centre historique de Florence,permettant toutes les visites historiques et même le shopping a pied. Hotel historique (ancien palais florentin) puisque comportant en son sein des salles de reception et un hall d'entrée magnifiques. Le défaut de sa situation centrale : du bruit la nuit dans certaines chambres (absence de doubles vitrages ) donnant sur la rue italienne animée même de nuit ! Un hotel un peu juste pour etre un réel 4 étoiles : ce serait plutôt 3 étoiles. A noter pendant notre séjour de 6 nuits, un problème de panne d'eau chaude résolu seulement après 3 jours, mais bien pris en charge par le personnel qui nous avait proposé de nous transférer à leurs frais semble-t-il dans un autre hotel. |

e' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, è ottima la posizione, la possibilità di disporre di un vicino garage, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo la colazione, la varietà di vivande disponibili era un po' sotto la media rispetto alla categoria dell'albergo. |

Третий раз останавливаемся в этой гостинице.Хорошее соотношение местоположения ,качества и цены.Правда в этом год ухудшилось питание( завтрак даже для Европы посредственный и скудный) |

L'ensemble du personnel est disponible et très aimable. Le décors est très agréable. La situation centre ville est idéale pour la visite de Florence. En revanche, il n'y a pas de WiFi dans les chambres, seulement dans une partie du Hall de l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas eu de chance,si la terrasse du 6ème était bien accessible, le bar n'était pas ouvert. Il a donc fallu se contenter du seul panorama... qui vaut réellement le déplacement! |

Nem volt víz a szobákban, nevetséges, nyomasztó kis lyuk a szoba. Nem vették figyelembe kérésünket: "minél magasabban fekvő szoba". Tűzfalra néző borzasztó szállás. A legrosszabb hotel, ahol valaha jártam. Otthagytuk, elköltöztünk másik hotelbe. |

Wir waren von der zentralen Lage des Hotels sehr begeistert und von dem Charme des Hotels Leider war die Mininbar in unserem Hotel außer Betrieb. |

La ubicación Hay habitaciones de luxe con acceso sin ascensor y te informan en el propio hotel. Por este motivo, tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación y nos cobraron lo mismo por una de menor categoría. |
