The room was perfect - it was large, had a jacuzzi bathtub which was great after a long day of siteseeing! And the terrace had a fabulous view of Florence. The breakfast was just ok. I would have preferred some choices of hot breakfast. |

La ubicación Hay habitaciones de luxe con acceso sin ascensor y te informan en el propio hotel. Por este motivo, tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación y nos cobraron lo mismo por una de menor categoría. |

Lobbyen, receptionen og fællesarealerne var fantastisk smukke. Og beliggenheden 5 minutteres gang fra alle de store gågader, domkirken og restauranter var helt i top. Personalet var yderst søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ok, men lidt kedelig, og kaffen decideret dårlig. Værelset var fint stort, men noget mere spartansk, end jeg havde forventet af et "double superior room" på et 4-stjernet hotel. Men der manglede ikke noget. |

definitivamente no es un hotel de 4 estrellas, esta mal mantenido, cuando llegamos el aire acond del hotel no servia,hacian 38 grados en florencia! y no fuimos informados hasta que nuestras maletas ya estaban adentro del cuarto, llegamos muy cansados a las 10 pm y no habia mas que un ayudante que de mala gana nos cargo las maletas, al ver que el aire no servia ,ya eran las 12 pm, dormimos todos en la terrraza del desayuno, el desayuno muy escaso y mal servido,una mesera para todo el restaurant |

Bra läge nära stationen och centralt men ändå lugnt och tyst. Heltäckningsmattor - usch!!! Behöver fräschas upp! Känns lite gammalt och stort o opersonligt med döda allmänna ytor. |
