perfect location Staff was very friendly and very welcoming Good breakfast
No wi-fi in room room was nowhere close to what was shown in images- poor value of money
Fabulous! Beautiful spacious room, nice bathroom. Friendly but professional receptionist made us feel very welcome, like they had been expecting us.
Staff Good breakfast Good location
Near the train station but far awar from the San Marco. However, the water bus station is right outside the hotel, so it's convinient. Very helpful staff and great breakfast.
Thumbs up for this lovely hotel with nostalgic flair and charm. One of the few 4* hotels along Lista d' Spagna that is situated along the canal. And although a bit expensive but it was worth every cent. Nothing to complain about except praises and high hopes that their quality of good service will be maintained. KUDOS!!!

All the staff is very nice and professional. The place itself is a charming house, near the canal. Very close to the train station. Excellent place, i will definitely book again in the Boscolo Bellini.
Breakfast starts at 7.00 Am, would be nice to be able to have it earlier.
Location, Service, room everything perfect
Decoration, proximity to Station, good choice for breakfast.
The location enabled us to make every moment of our stay in Venice valuable. As soon as we got off the train, we were in our hotel room in minutes and out and about touring, so we could catch a full half day of sightseeing before most tourist attractions close. Also, the staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean. Even though our room was located just above the thoroughfare, the double glazed windows and insulated curtains blocked out all noise.
Internet access is only in the lobby, even though we actually discovered on the day we left that because our room was only one floor up, it had access to the internet connection of the lobby. We found the hotel room to be a bit dark.
Location, location, location
This hotel was the perfect combination of keeping the original period style while incorporating modern luxury conveniences.
We had to catch and early flight and the breakfast buffet did not have much "grab and go" food.
Great location, very clean, extremely helpful staff, beautiful rooms and very spacious, has a lift, great breakfast.
Convenient to the train station and the central square in which taxis stop there is little else of note to this ordinary hotel located on a very busy, noisy street.
Rooms are simple at best with little furniture on crowded floors with small hallways.
Excellent location. Super nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. Right off the train or water bus. Room was recently renovated and very quiet, comfortable and cool!
No wifi in the rooms but so what...
The room was clean. Breakfast spread was not too bad. Most important, the location was very convenient near to the train station.
There was no wifi connection available in the room.
Location, helpfull staff
Room need to have more facilities for 4 star hotel. Breakfast is only OK, very good pastery
Great value for money and great location as it is near to the train station
This hotel is literally a two minute walk from Venice train station, set amongst plenty of lovely restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about Venice. The room was comfortable and prettily decorated in Venetian style. Highly recommended!!
Nothing at all to dislike.
The hotel was very well appointed, the staff very helpful and breakfast very good. The location could not have been better, being situated within 200 metres of the railway station and after a hard day of walking around Venice, it was a treat to come back to. We would stay there again.
We had breakfast in the dining room extension one morning and after a night of rain, it smelt slightly damp but that was our only complaint.
As we had travelled by train we were able to walk out the train station and in a few minutes walk were at our location. The hotel was also convenient to catch the boats going to the Islands and a pleasant walk to Piazza San Marco.
There was nothing we didn"t like about this Hotel.
Very close to the train station, very helpful staff, nice room and great breakfast.
helpful staff good breakfast location
room small I know its the trend but I hate the half doors on showers
Good location from cruise port & to airport transfers Great breakfast!
Location of room WiFi only worked in lobby - not in room
