Away from the hustle and bustle the hotel is nicely situated near a water bus station for ease of access. The gardens and spa facilities ( which were free) were a welcome addition after days walking and exploring the delights of Venice.

The room was too hot even with the air conditioning on at full blast, Had to open the windows in the night so how it would be in the summer months, I imagine unbearable. Did not like the fact that if you wanted breakfast and booked through reception on the way into breakfast it was 25 euros each, however if you went straight to the dining room it would be 35 euros ! Just make it one price !!

The room is vintage and in a very quite location. Hotel provide shuttle boat to the shopping area , which very convenient for guest. However, the service need to be book in advance.

The staff wasn't being helpful to anything you ask , for example , if you need some spoon or anything to the room they would say come down to get it from the counter otherwise the service will be charge for delivery .. I mean , what kind of hotel does that?!?! And every question asked to the staff , they would simply and instantly reply " sorry there's nothing I can do". It was such a disappointment for us , enough for us to decided to leave the hotel earlier than what we have booked and waste one free night fees ( eventually they said they can give 50% for the night that we dnt stay )

Other than main lobby area hotel and rooms where very dated, room lacked comfortable sofa/chair and say low table, very bland rooms. Was upgraded again superior room, size better, decoration dated, overall very expensive for what you get,breakfast as an extra expensive

The hotel is very far from Venice attractions. The hotel advertise free shuttle but they do not say that you need to book and there is room only for 12 people on the boat. The last boat leaves San Marco at 5 PM. With a 6 year old and a 4 month old I had to take water taxi for 50 Euro as I could not wait for public transportation nor depend on hotel boat. One critical disadvantage for families with babies, is that there is no water kettle in room. We had to call room service every time we needed hot water for the baby. Lastly, they gave us a room facing a wall ! It was as bad as not having a window in the room.

The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would node finitely come back.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from the main square and shopping areas. They have a boat shuttle that runs four times a day to help with this. The hotel is also extremely lovely which made me want to stay in the room all day.

The restaurant is superb. Food is delicious and carefully prepared. Excellent wine list. We chose to eat lunches and dinners there several times for convenience rather than go out. Ivan the concierge recommended a fabulous nearby resto we enjoyed. Breakfast is full English with buffet and options. All staff were cheerful, friendly, accomodating, well-trained, well-informed. There is an ACTV stop just a few blocks from the hotel and private water taxis can stop at the front door. The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from St. Mark's Square saving you big bucks.

The room was stuffy unless the window was opened. One has to walk about ten minutes across several bridges to get to a commercial neighborhood.

Picturesque. It had the ambiance of what I had hoped to stay in on my first trip to Venice. I took many pictures inside of this beautiful Venetian house. I was impressed and not disappointed with the decor and also the beautiful marble floors. The garden was an added surprise, especially when it reached the lagoon. Magnificent.

I would have liked more selection from the restaurant menu. It was limited. Being American, I am accustomed to a good amount of ice in any drink I order. As well as an ice machine in the hotel. I missed that luxury.

Large room in Venetian style with high ceiling, marble floor, etc. Lovely garden-setting marquee restaurant. Room service was very welcome after a long day's drive to Venice.

Described as having "nearby parking" which it doesn't (people mover + water bus from the Tronchetto) - but then, nowhere in Venice has nearby parking! Restaurant was very expensive and staff pretentious.

The staff was incredible. Loved the location away from. The busy area.

We initially reserved a night prior to a cruise out of Venice. We had such a good time and were so impress with the staff, location, and level of service that we added on an additional night after our cruise ended.

A little pricey....but well worth it!

sicuramente non da cinque stelle . la porta della camera era difettosa con la luce che filtrava dal corridoio . dai rubinetti usciva l'acqua con effetto ustionante (probabilmente occorre regolare il termostato) , le orripilanti installazioni di luci fluorescenti in quel bellissimo giardino.

Ein kleines Zimmer und dann noch zum Innenhof. Die komische Idee, den überteuerten Brunch nur bei Vorausbuchung für zwei Tage! um 10Eure zu reduzieren. Für einen Tag war das nicht möglich.

роскошная гостинница, понравилось всё. отличный внутренний сад. изысканная кухня: и завтраки, и ужины. до санмарко 5 минут (10 мин вразвалку).

дорогое приватное такси (75€) до площади рома.

уборка номера два раза в день, изысканный красивый интерьер, наличие достаточно большого внутреннего дворика с шезлонгами, не туристическое место расположения, близость достопримечательностей (до сан-марко 35 минут пешком), очень приветливый персонал (есть русскоговорящий). через один мост есть большой универсам.

на бесплатный катер до сан-марко надо регистрироваться за сутки!

Der fünfte Aufenthalt brachte mich diesesmal direkt in die Serenissima, genau ins Sestiere Cannaregio, wo das Boscolo Venezia direkt an der Lagune liegt. Nachts relativ ruhig und doch mit ein paar Schritten im pulsierenden Leben der Lagunenstadt. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, das Badezimmer ausreichend groß. 5 Sterne für Venedig ja, woanders nein.

Mir ist nicht bekannt wo im Winter gefrühstückt wird. Im Pavillon im Garten war es an diesem kühlen Aprilwochenende sehr ungemütlich und ließ keinen längeren Aufenthalt zu. Zur bereits angemerkten Freundlichkeit des Personals kann ich sagen, dass viele ihren Job mit viel Freude machen, einige aber noch etwas üben könnten.

Le chauffage trop fort et ce malgre que le thermostat soit éteint

la ubicacion,es zona tranquila, pero cerca de bares, y a 15 minutos del centro.

Considero que es caro para lo que es, en españa sería un cuatro estrellas como mucho...

la disposizione del personale, molto educato ed efficiente.

La distance est peu loin du centre et le faîte qu après 17 h il n y à plus le vaporetto de l hôtel en service
