Beautiful Hotel with a nice parc The hotel describe parking nearby, this is not true at all. 30 min walking or boat cost 70 Euro. Remote control of the TV where missing. Very poor breakfast. A shame for a 5 Star Hotel. Sleeping in the second floor of the room not possible, very noisy air-condition. Bathroom were not so clean as I would expect from a hotel in this category |

Carpet was clean and beds are comfortable. However, bathroom needs ventilation. I was desperate to use the internet but it was out of order. They tried to fix it for 2 days but failed. I have to do my work in an internet bar, giving up my time for sightseeing. |

Luxury hotel for a reasonable price. Extra services are expensive though. Nice location by canal and very quiet, but close to Vaporetto. Would have been nice with an airport shuttle service |

Hotellin puutarha oli fantastinen, vastaavaa en ole nähnyt missään muualla. Kaikkine sokkeloisine käytävineen, salaperäisine kellareineen ja ihanine istutuksineen tämä pieni mutta paljon sisältävä puisto oli piste i:in päälle. Puisto kruunasi muutenkin viehättävän ja ylellisen hotellin. Puistossa oleskeli myös musta kissa, joka tuli seurustelemaan hotellivieraiden kanssa: olipa hotellilla ihana ja kotoisa pr-otus! Myös hotellin kauniin shuttle-veneen tarjoamat kyydit olivat luksusta! Ei oikeastaan. |

gli arredi e la location,la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale e la voglia di far di tutto per il cliente up-grade compreso. alcuni dettagli non sono in linea con il segmento a cui l'hotel appartiene, troppe cose sono extra al prezzo della camera. |

Die Lage direkt an der Lagune, der Aussenbereich der Bar, Fahrten mit dem Wassertaxi zum Hotel durch die Kanäle der Stadt Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter (15 Minuten warten beim Chek-In), Ignoranz der Mitarbeiter in Barbereich (20 Minuten warten, bis man bedient wurde), die Anreise zum Hotel der reinste Horrortrip! |

Sehr schöner ruhiger Stadtteil von Venedig. Dort wohnen viele Einheimische und es hat originelle Lokale. Das Hotel ist sehr schön im venezianischen Stiel eingerichtet. Wir haben das Portemonnaie im Hotelsafe vergessen und mussten für die Spesen der Rücksendung mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen. Etwas kleinlich für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. |

Stile antico, molto elegante. Personale gentile. Carenza di conformità alla categoria 5stelle: carente organizzazione, finiture della camera non di livello, cucine aperte solo in orari (stretti) predeterminati. La SPA è molto ben fatta, ma è chiusa la domenica (assurdo...) ed è spropositatamente piccola per il volume di utenti prevedibile. |

Hotel très bien situé et en particulier à l'écart des nuisances sonores de Venise qui est une ville en plaine ébullition et par conséquent très bruyante. Le personnel de la réception n'a pas toujours exécuté nos requêtes comme cela aurait dû être fait dans un hotel de cette catégorie. Il nous manquait quelques petites choses dans la chambre et la personne de la réception n'en pas tenu compte aussi nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois pour les mêmes choses. |

Personalul este foarte bine pregatit, iar hotelul este incantator. Foarte frumos, foarte luxos. De recomandat. Tarifele pentru servicii sunt exagerat de mari. Ar trebui ori desfiintate ,ori ieftinite anumite servicii. |

Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen.Man kann trotzdem in einer kleinen Trattoria um die Ecke sehr gut essen.Die Mitarbeiter sind überwiegend sehr freundlich. Man vergaß, uns richtig darauf aufmerksam zu machen,wann das Hotelboot wohin fährt.Es hätte uns viele Kosten erspart.Wassertaxi und Vapporetto. |
