Exedra A Boscolo Luxury Hotel

We had scarely experinece at night so very angry.

Suddenly , somebody opened the door while we are sleeping.

The Exedra is a beautiful hotel and we loved our time there. The highlight for us was the Concierge, Nico, who was so helpful in answering our questions and providing information and recommendations on aspects of Rome. The older Concierge was also very helpful - they both made our stay much more memorable.

The front desk staff could have been more efficient.

on arrival our luggage was lost. Despite many request over some hours we were ignored, despite the fact that we had placed it in storage. Finally I went to reception at close to midnight ( check in was 11 am.) and demanded the matter be attended to. Our luggage had been placed in the wrong room. This was easily checked and could have been done many hrs earlier. The consequence was we had travelled form Ireland 16deg. and were around Rome 37deg. in the same clothes all that day. No appology of any description was tendered. Not good enough. They did not care.

Good location to Termini sta. and beautiful room. Very comfortable to stay.

The lobby was always busy and couldn't expect some time from the staff.

Had several treatments in the spa. Toured the city. Relaxed by the pool

Noisy mantainance work going on which woke me in the morning. Very expensive for the quality. No complimentary water and again mini bar very expensive. No conditioner provided. Pool was too cold to swim in (part of the reason for choosing the hotel was pool so very disappointing)

top hotel super rooms but .........

we have stayed 4 nights . but on 2 nights on top of the hotel ( 5th floor there were two big wedding parties ) a lot of noice of music ( house etc ) untill 2 o clock in the morning . when i asked if i stayed in 5 star top tel or a disco or partyfarm . the answer was we are sorry and they offered a discount of 10 % . i did not book this hotel to have a cheap price .

City location - excellent for sightseeing. Room was fantastic

I stayed with my girlfriend and we both loved the luxury of the hotel. It's positioned in a great area near the train station and within a short walk of some spectacular attractions (The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain).

There is a fantastic rooftop swimming pool, garden and bar but unfortunately it was closed for repairs during our stay.

Close proximity with downtown. Good and friendly neighbourhood.

ホテルについて最初にレストランを予約して楽しみにしていったが、いただきたいと思った、ラビオリとう、い- くつかはできないと言われがっかりした。ルームサービスも１度とってみたが、ホテルに備え付けてあったメニ- ューでお願いしたのに、はこんきた品はちがっていた。きたものはラザーニアと牛肉のソテイ？ポテト添え、ど- ちらもお味はよかったのでそのままいただいたが・・・

さすがに５ツ星、便利な所にあり、ミケランジェロのつくった、ローマ時代の教会のまえにもいちしていて、素- 敵な噴水もいつもみえていて快適だった。なおこの意見はうえの良かった点ですのでうえと入れ替えてください- 。ダン・ブラウン作の天使と悪魔にでてくるビクトリア教会もちかくにあって、日曜のミサもきけてよかった。- でも意味はイタリア語なのでよくわからなかったが・・・

Las áreas comunes, alberca, lobby, restaurante y el propio edificio del hotel son verdaderamente hermosos. El espacio de la habitación muy grande y de aspecto antiguo. Tenía tina y regadera independientes. por espacio sin problemas

Hemos pagado 350 euros diarios por una habitación que tenía una TV vieja y programación muy limitada sin canales en español. La alfombra muy sucia. El baño con todos los accesorios viejos y desgastados. De la regadera principal no salía bien el agua ya que estaba vieja y al bañarnos el agua se salía al pasillo. No hay una relación calidad- precio.
