In an impressive white marble building from the 1800s, Exedra A Boscolo Luxury Hotel is in Piazza della Repubblica. This 5-star luxury hotel features a panoramic rooftop terrace with swimming pool. The spacious, elegant rooms are decorated with a mix of classic and modern styles. Each has a marble and mahogany bathroom complete with Etro toiletries. The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location. We did not get the rooms we requested: 2 double rooms with a fountain view, our rooms did not have a view, we looked onto a brick building! One of the rooms were a twin not a double, our phone did not have the facility to contact reception (either that or they never wanted to pick up!) The hot water was out for one day - we received no apology whatsoever! For the price we paid - over £2,000.00 you do not expect to be treated this way, room service could not even manage to bring an ice bucket when asked!

The concierge staff were very good The room allocated had many defects- impossible to connect wi-fi, no tea making facilities, defective light switching, broken shower head. Despite requests the hotel did not move me to another room but over the three day stay fixed the defects. In the meantime I suffered them. The only 5 star feature of this hotel was the price of laundry with a shirt costing €13 and trouser press €12. There are better hotels in Rome

The location of the hotel is amazing. The style is very comfortable. The staff was very helpful to the point of confirming a restaurant reservation by a hand written note left in the room. Great attention to detail, I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. The drive up access to the hotel is a bit inconvenient. Should look into integrating free wifi service in all parts of the hotel for guests, for the moment this is limited to a guest lounge on the 1st floor.

Le personnel au petit déjeuner était souvent surmené et pas très efficace.Comparé à d'autres 5 *****,cet hotel (point de vue service des chambres )laissait à désirer. A la réception,le service était extrêmement aimable,efficace ,bref excellent.Encore une fois,un grand merci pour nous avoir permis de rester plus longtemps dans notre chambre(gratuitement),le dernier jour de notre séjour à l'hotel...

le rapport qualité/prix est nul. La seule petite fenêtre donne sur une terrasse fermée par un mur vertical de plus de 2 metres de haut.Même debout sur l'unique chaise je n'ai pu voir que le ciel.Le petit dejeuner est du niveau d'un 2étoiles Il parait que cet hotel est classé 5 étoiles! ce n'est vrai que pour le prix

Очень все понравилось !!! Если не одно НО ... Не понравилось то , что нас заселили не в тот номер который мы бронировали , а именно "ванная комната с видом на город" и предоставили с видом на крышу и кондиционеры (232) !!!!

Het was voor de 5e maal dat wij in Ex waren. Wij hadden nu vrienden meegenomen om hun te tonen wat een prachtig hotel het is.Het hotel voldoet aan alle eisen voor een bezoek aan een van de mooiste steden van Europa. Verheug me op het volgende bezoek en natuurlijk het voorjaar genietend van een glas boven op het terras. Dank voor de service. Niets. Alles zoals het hoort. Service, Spa. etc.

A localização é excelente. O que precisa ser sinalizado é que existe uma estação de metrô em frente ao hotel na mesma calçada e no site não informa isso. A internet é caríssima, 20,00 euros. O interessante é que o hotel disponibiliza wi-fi free no primeiro piso onde poderia ser liberado por todo o hotel.

Отель красивый, в красивом месте, но понравился номер, балкон без окон, это жесть, это в хорошем номере, возможно, не было других номеров, так как показали классом ниже, они совсем маленькие оказались. Завтрак не очень.
