The property was nice however they are in desperate need of a landscaper. The grass was overgrown and the property looked almost deserted. |

This hotel is certainly the best value for money in northern Tuscany. Very nice pool and excellent rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. |

Fantastic hotel, lovely cleen rooms, lovely well kept gardens. Good value for quality. Close to motorways for easy travel connections. No near by restaurants, so you either have to travel into Florence with its terrible traffic, or stay at the hotel. |

The room. The bath. Isolated, nothing to do to. Could not even walk easily to another location. No buses nearby for transport or shuttle from hotel. Only one restaurant that was over-priced, over-rated & rude staff when asked for something a little different. |

Mit 4 Sternen absolut überbewertet! Das eigentlich ansprechende, rustikale Interieur leidet unter den vielen vernachlässigten Dingen (Türen, die sich nicht schliessen lassen, Wasserhähne, die nicht funktionieren, etc...). TV hatte ausschließlich italienische Sender. |

Das Hotel ist für uns ein tolles Businesshotel mit einem Touch Romantik und Entspannung. Ist gut und ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum. Für diese Kategorie Hotel und für eine solche Gourmetgegend ein schlechtes Restaurant. |

Une très belle chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Un espace piscine très agréable. Proximité avec Florence. La climatisation de l'hotel était en panne et cela a gâcher nos 2 nuitées. |

La tranquillità, il servizio inappuntabile, la cortesia del personale, la facilità dell'utilizzo della piscina e la sua pulizia. L'eccessivo costo delle bevande del frigobar e del servizio a bordo piscina. Data la distanza da ristoranti che non siano "La locanda" sarebbe gradevole la presenza aggiuntiva (alla sera) di un servizio più fruibile, meno impegnativo, come "brasserie" o self service. |

la tranquillità, la piscina, le camere molto accoglienti. la colazione non è all'altezza della bellezza della struttura. Il pane tostato è optional costa 6 euro, se arrivi dopo le 10 a colazione, trovi il buffet proticamente vuoto. Le cameriere sono tristi e svogliate. |

Die Einrichtung fand ich sehr schön, eine Mischung aus Eleganz und Romantik. Uns haben besonders das Restaurant und das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen, beide sind sehr stillvoll dekoriert, ganz nach unserem Geschmack! Es könnte ein Concierge im Hotel geben, der einem mit dem Gepäck hilft. |
