Our room was upgraded. It was very nice room and nothing to claim. Atmosphere of restaurant and furniture,decolation was nice.

We chose this hotel since they have nice pool. But actually pool was not well cleaned and maintained. Menu of restaurant was very limited, however taste was not so bad. It was pitty that there was only buffet menu at dinner time. It took 40 euros from Firenze by taxi, however it was only 15km. I recomend this hotel to persons who has a car. But for others, I don not recomend.

everything,absolute heaven, except the sheer incompetence of the manager of the restaurant, it was an absolute pleasure, rooms, location,accessability from the motorway, spoilt only by a miserable and pathetic employee who I am sure I am not the first person to complain about to the general manager.

the restaurant staff were completely rude, ignorant, and unhelpful and definiteley need a course in customer services, my daughter, husband and son in law walked out of the restaurant in sheer frustration at the lack of courtesy and rank bad manners of the staff and the restaurant manager in particular. I would recommend eating out and set foot in the restaurant at your peril

Mooi hotel, verzorgde kamers. Airco werkte niet steeds tijdens ons verblijf hetgeen wel werd gecompenseerd door een korting op de kamerprijs.

Hotel ligt beetje afgelegen. Omgeving is in feite een industriegebied. Je hebt hier wel geen last van aangezien het hotel op voldoende afstand hiervan ligt. Negatief is wel dat je in feite steeds wagen moet nemen. Prijs van het hotel valt mee, negatief is wel dat je veel extra's moetbetalen, o.a. 5 EUR per dag voor gebruik van ligstoel + dure consumpties. Beperkt ontbijtbuffet.

Calidad y limpieza habitaciones y calidad desayuno

En la segunda noche nos obligaron a cenar tipo buffet, no había posibilidad de cenar a la carta. La calidad de la cena buffet era muy inferior a la calidad de la cena a la carta de la primera noche. Poco lógico hacernos pagar 5 euros por el servicio de la piscina.

le miroir de la salle de bain etait cassé et la climatisation est tombée en panne le premier soir nous avons changés de chambre le 2ème soir mais la clim etait toujours en panne nous avons eut un discount pour tous ces problèmes : le non payement des bains de soleil (5€ par personne ) mème pour une utilisation de 1 heure je suis très deçus par cette hotel et je le déconseille cette hotel.

Chambre agréable

L'hotel facture tout, jusqu'à l'utilisation de la piscine (5 euros), inévitable lorsqu'il fait plus de 36 degrés, et ceux sans en informer le client avant! Le personel du restaurant est inexpérimenté et pas très sympathique. La nourriture y est correcte mais excessivement chère. Mieux vaut aller dans Florence pour manger.

Die Anlage war sehr schön, toskanischer, historischer Gutshof

Mitarbeiter nicht sehr motiviert, die Buchung über Bookings schien nirgends auf, wir haben Glcük gehabt, daß man uns überhaupt genommen hat. Die engere Umgebung des Hotels ist auch nicht schön, Industriezone, Autobahn

Non risultava la prenotazione..La cortesia dello staff ha subito risolto il problema mantenendo le medesime condizioni di acquisto..Bellissimo !
