Nothing. This is the worst hotel we have been to. You must never ever stay at this hotel!!! They overbook, and even though you have a reservation, you will be transferred to another hotel which is terrible and dont have a restaurant and no svimmingpool E.T.c They have no control on the bookings. The Granduato looks nice at the pictures, but is situated in the middle of two noisy highways. |

Our room was upgraded. It was very nice room and nothing to claim. Atmosphere of restaurant and furniture,decolation was nice. We chose this hotel since they have nice pool. But actually pool was not well cleaned and maintained. Menu of restaurant was very limited, however taste was not so bad. It was pitty that there was only buffet menu at dinner time. It took 40 euros from Firenze by taxi, however it was only 15km. I recomend this hotel to persons who has a car. But for others, I don not recomend. |

relaxing atmosphere, hotel facilities due to late night/early morning check in, staff on reception could not find our rooms and then gave us the wrong ones. This meant problems at check out, but it did not detract from a very nice weekend break. |

Tolle Anlage, tolle Zimmer Internet kostete 20 Euro pro Stunde! Das Frühstück war etwas mager (wenig Auswahlt) und der Service eher schlecht (Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt) |

Een mooi, zeer verzorgd complex. Vooral de "De Luxe" kamers zijn erg mooi, met heerlijke bedden. Het restaurant is erg duur en het eten is niet naar verhouding. |

Mooi hotel, verzorgde kamers. Airco werkte niet steeds tijdens ons verblijf hetgeen wel werd gecompenseerd door een korting op de kamerprijs. Hotel ligt beetje afgelegen. Omgeving is in feite een industriegebied. Je hebt hier wel geen last van aangezien het hotel op voldoende afstand hiervan ligt. Negatief is wel dat je in feite steeds wagen moet nemen. Prijs van het hotel valt mee, negatief is wel dat je veel extra's moetbetalen, o.a. 5 EUR per dag voor gebruik van ligstoel + dure consumpties. Beperkt ontbijtbuffet. |

Calidad y limpieza habitaciones y calidad desayuno En la segunda noche nos obligaron a cenar tipo buffet, no había posibilidad de cenar a la carta. La calidad de la cena buffet era muy inferior a la calidad de la cena a la carta de la primera noche. Poco lógico hacernos pagar 5 euros por el servicio de la piscina. |

La habitación era muy confortable así como el resto del hotel: recepción, comedor y salones La limpieza de la piscina y el que te cobren por usar las hamacas y las sombrillas. |

le miroir de la salle de bain etait cassé et la climatisation est tombée en panne le premier soir nous avons changés de chambre le 2ème soir mais la clim etait toujours en panne nous avons eut un discount pour tous ces problèmes : le non payement des bains de soleil (5€ par personne ) mème pour une utilisation de 1 heure je suis très deçus par cette hotel et je le déconseille cette hotel. |

De prachtige, luxueuze en eigentijdse uitstraling van het hele complex. Lekker zwembad. Vriendelijke receptioniste. Restaurant is (te) duur. Hotel is prachtig en ligt prachtig maar buiten het dorp Campi B. waardoor overige restaurants niet op loopafstand zijn. Glas wijn kost 6,- |

Chambre agréable L'hotel facture tout, jusqu'à l'utilisation de la piscine (5 euros), inévitable lorsqu'il fait plus de 36 degrés, et ceux sans en informer le client avant! Le personel du restaurant est inexpérimenté et pas très sympathique. La nourriture y est correcte mais excessivement chère. Mieux vaut aller dans Florence pour manger. |

Mooie setting, verzorgende kamers. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel kon beter. Aan het zwembad werd een extra toeslag gerekend voor het gebruik van een ligstoel met kussen. |

Die Anlage war sehr schön, toskanischer, historischer Gutshof Mitarbeiter nicht sehr motiviert, die Buchung über Bookings schien nirgends auf, wir haben Glcük gehabt, daß man uns überhaupt genommen hat. Die engere Umgebung des Hotels ist auch nicht schön, Industriezone, Autobahn |
