Rooms are big with a big comfortable bed. We had a drink at the bar and it was very pleasant. The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Opera. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied in the room. There was a red light by the bed which could not be turned off, a little annoying when trying to go to sleep. |

Such friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Terrific choice for breakfast. Good location for buses and close to the centre. The only fault with this hotel were the beds! They were so hard! I came home with a bad back |

When built it probably was a luxury hotel. Today it still is a good hotel with nice lobby and nice rooms and fair price. The air condition in the room was perfect. The distance to the opera at the arena is about 1 km but the hotel supplies a free shuttle to the arena before the opera and back to the hotel after the opera. Whan we arrived it was a very warm day but the air condition in the lobby was not on. They charge 15 euro per day for parking. The hotel is not in the city center and in the evening there are no people in its surrounding |

Nice staff at the reception, the bedroom wa very confortable big and quiet. There is a shuttle service to take guest to the Arena (3 euros p.p) which was very practical. the hotel is a little bit out of the center, about 20mn walk to the Arena and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fine but very overpriced (i think 15 euros per person). make sure to get a deal with breakfast included ! The parking is also 15 euros per day and internet... i gave up as it was expensive as well, something silly like 8 euros per half hour. |

just the position The whole place needs rennovation and cleaning. big smell comes out of the reception lobby area. in the room were not amenities. had to ask for them. The car parking exit was not working properly and had to return back to reception in order to get somebody to open it for us. |

Quite good rooms. The evening meal was expensive but no alternative place very near. The hotel was a fair walk from the centre and when our performance of Aida was stopped because of rain the transport did not arrive so we had to walk back to the hotel. |

The location is very good and it's very near to the railway station. The service was very good. They gave us the map and the introduction book. The minibar (the fridge) in the room did not work. |
