Hmm only the location was an advantage.... The price it's very very high for everything what you find in there...This is an ** hotel not **** Cleanlinnes = the service woman enter 3 times in our room when we where there even if we had the "Do not disturb" on the door. The bathroom was horrible, I have pictures with the bathtub 'cuz I never see something like that. The room was small and very bad organized, the furniture was from the xv siecle - the desk was very very fragile.DEFFINETELY This is not an **** hotel! Never go there!!!

comfortable room & bathroom/good restaurant/substantial buffet b/f/helpful staff requested no smoking room but got smoking/television not plugged in or set up properly/no business ctr for internet/housekeeping leave a window open with aircon still on?/some luggage left outside in corridor instead of secure left luggage room?/location is too far from historic centre restaurants/shops/bars & is close to a busy road but ok for train station access

Easy location for car journey and parking (train station was less than 100 metres also) only 10-15 minute walk up to arena area. Breakfast was very good compared to other Italian hotels. Friendly staff who gave good advices. Hotel had been very exquisite some time ago and many of its features and room amenities need to be updated. Room temperature could not be regulated and we had to leave the 2 windows open throughjout our stay (48 hours) Television was probably 15+ years old and would not work. Shower is placed above the bath and the bath is extremely narrow and very round at the bottom making it difficult to stand in. Making it impossible for the less active unfortunate people.

Location is quite good - 5 mins walk from train station and a pleasant 10 mins walk into the centre.Very helpful receptionist who helped plan a route to take in all the sites. Expensive for what I would refer to as 'a has been'. Our rooms aircon didn't work, the in room safe wasn't working, tv sound didn't work and room was a bit dusty. I would expect something a bit better for £135 a night but having said that Italy is expensive in all major cities.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. We arrived at Porta Nuova station and the first sign for the hotel was pointing in completely the opposite direction from its actual location! We proceeded for some time before being directed in the right direction. The buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing in that there was a poor selection of bread and rather tasteless fruit juices.

Location to train station was only 10 minute walk to Hotel however walk to Piazza Bra was about 20 minutes. Hotel breakfast selection was very good standard. The reception is very nice but when you walk into room it looks a bit tired and requires updating

We felt that some of the rooms could do with being updated. Mould on our shower walls and cracks on tiles and walls. We had three rooms and they all had something that needed fixed.
