The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good selection to suit every taste. Dinner in the evening, if a bit pricey, was excellent. Beppo, our waiter, was an entertainment as well as a good waiter! It is only 4km from Treviso airport which is convenient for an early flight. A train to Venice from the nearby station costs around €5 return. Hotel is a bit far out of town and has only one restaurant within walking distance. Walking to it involves walking on the side of a busy road without a footpath. The room was a bit down at heel and needed refurbishment. An armchair in the room would have been nice. |

location and facilities were good. staff's english was not very good - the television was not working properly and no one fixed it for us when we rang reception as she did not know what we were saying. |

It was quite cosy! Located right 3 km from TSF airport. Which is very nice when you have a early flight out at 8 am. Breakfast starts at 7 am. Dinner : Small menu and small portions but tastefull |

The receptionist didn't treat us with any respect. They couldn't find our booking and left us standing at the reception desk. We had to pursade the receptionist to double check if we had a booking or not. When they found the booking we received no apology. |

Proximity to airport. 1: Hot food was only available at lunchtime under the room service menu which had an 8 euro charge. The cold buffet which was available was poor & they were charging 19 euros pp. We ate elsewhere. 2: The pool is only available at certain times 3: The spa is 14 euros per person even if you are a guest. 4: We asked for an alarm call for a morning flight to Ireland but we never got the call. |

The complete package as in 2 above for a start. Location, ease to get to facilities , shops, transport etc. Having traveled the length of Italy staying in hotels not in this group I would recommend other companies strive to set their standard as high. |

Ideally located for the train station - approx 10-15min walk. Only a further 5mins on and you are in the lovely city of Treviso. When we read the 'rules' for the use of the pool we were put off a bit. It stated that you must wear a swim cap and flip flops when using the pool. Also the pool closed early at 1900hrs on Sat/Sun - would be better if it stayed open slightly later. |

No internet, no breakfast, no bathroom only a shower, no shuttle to go to the airport, sauna close at 7P.M it's too early. Finally it's an expensive room and all facilities was close or another extra cost!!!! |

Staff is great, location to Treviso was nice, breakfast was great. Really thumbs up and I will stay there again for sure. The fitness center was supposed to be open on Sunday, but it was closed. Would have liked to have coffee available in my room. (small coffee maker) |

Not expensive for a 4* hotel, clean room, plenty of towels and other toiletry stuff, no noise from other rooms in the hotel Some streetnoise, breakfast buffet closes 2 hours before check out time, a bit of a walk to the center of Treviso |
