Nice modern room and facilities. Really comfortable bathroom. Excellent parking (free) and Internet connection. I was not given the room I had paid for to start with. When I discussed it with the hotel, they gave me another room, but again, I could not see any difference compared to the original one. Why pay more if all the rooms are the same? For light sleepers, the hotel is located at a crossroad of various high speed/highly congested roads and railways and is therefore quite noisy, though well insulated.

I have really enjoyed the bedroom and sight over the city of Bologna. I didn't like the noise coming from other bedroom in the middle of the night.

Very modern, luxury hotel. Wifi is available only in the lobby, and connection in rooms requires a cable. We were traveling with only an iPhone and there was a meeting going on in the lobby when we were trying to connect to relatives. We had a very hard time locating the hotel. Directions on Garmin and web did not have the hotel being the first exit on the roundabout, but the second. We found it after about a half-hour looking around the university. Would recommend only if this location is what you are looking for.

Really liked the modern design of the room and the cleanliness. Location very convenient very off the Tangenziale. Entrance to hotel not easy to find from roundabout after exit from Tangenziale direction Ancona. Some indications could help.

Friendly staff on reception and in the dining room both at dinner and breakfast Hotel was not easy to find from the airport due to the fact that the hotel signage on the multi storey building says Boscolo not B4 Bologna Tower Please booking.com change your advert to Boscolo B4 Bologna Tower. The service was excellent, fast checkin, good parkingspace, superb large and modern room. We stayed at the 17th floor so the view was amazing! A good deal for us, special price- 77 euro and that includes a really nice breakfast. Too few staffs availiable when we were checking out, had to wait for a good while. They had run just out of network cables so we had to sit in the lobby to geet access to the internet.

Incredibly helpful and attentive staff. I suppose this is standard in many hotels now, but it would be helpful to have free wifi access in the rooms for those who don't have laptops and are using their smart phones. Also, for conferences, it would be prudent for the hotel to arrange shuttle buses. There were enough guests to warrant this service, rather than everyone paying for separate cabs.
