I felt that I was having a luxury experience in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was nice having the wellness centre in the hotel. |

Great location in the heart of the city. Good quality of service and nice view Breakfast not so good as you can imagin for a 4 stars hotel, the internal finiture has to be renewed |

Convinient location, Good view, Clean, Large room, Good service, Low price but luxury feeling. There was not shower curtain and made it hard to take shower withoug wetting the floor. But it was not major problem. |

Very classic and elegant. Spacious room and marble bathroom with tub. Generally quiet. Helpful staff. Very convenient location near center of town and Castle Buonconsiglio. Mountain view from window. We got a great internet rate (from Booking.com) so the value was especially good, too. Some rooms have a locked door separating them from the next room rather than a wall (presumably, these can then be connected for a suite if necessary). The lack of insulation means that if you have noisy neighbors (we did one night) you can hear them loud and clear. I suggest some sort of insulation for the door when the rooms are used separately. Also -- the bathroom soap provided was very harsh. I would suggest replacing it with a better product. |

A very comfortable place and so central to railway station and town. such a beautiful setting. I would have liked BBC World without having to pay for it. |

Very comfortable - good bed and bedding, great soap! Views of the mountains and close to the historic centre and shopping of Trento. Breakfast arrangements greatly improved from our last stay. Secure garage parking. |

There is a real air of opulence in this hotel. It is ideally situated for the town centre and has a spacious underground carpark. Rooms and fittings were real quality. The dining experience was excellent, both food and service. The charges for internet access are ridiculously high. |

kind of luxurious, staff willing to help, nice environment, perfect location for staying while traveling from southern Europe to the north although they speak English, they talk to you in Italian at first and then they repeat in English if you do not understand them |

Luxurious, clean rooms, nice view, hotel near the center of the town. Secure parking for the car. Very nice hotel. The aircondition was very noisy at night and there was not an option to shut it off. And one of the receptionists was not very helpful. Also, not a wide variety for breakfast. |

Excellent, well furnished room with fantastic views of the mountains. Convenient underground parking. Breakfast not so great - has not been improved from two years ago even though the hotel has been upgraded. |

Centrally located, very comfortable hotel. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Rooms were very quiet and restful. I would definitely stay there again. Good parking facilites. |
